            I have Junior Idiopathic Arthritis and Uveitis that requires an infusion of Remicade every four weeks. The date of my last infusion was July 28th 2021. I am now 8 weeks overdue and because of this I am experiencing a flare up of my uveitis in my right eye, resulting in extreme redness and pain, along with missed work due to eye doctor appointments. I am overdue in my infusion is because Coram hasn't mailed me my shipment of medication. I attached screenshots of my call records indicating that I have spoken with their Customer Service, IV IG, and Refills departments beginning in August. They claim they're waiting on authorization but ******* **** ***** **** ****** authorized it on September 14th 2021. The medication is covered August 23rd 2021 - August 22nd 2022 including 14 refills; however, Coram's team has been unable to ship it to me despite my contacting them 13 times in the last week alone. I am in desperate need of this medication as soon as possible.

            Company sent expired Heparin! When advised about it, was told it was okay to administer. First suppply order came fine, but second order was not packaged correctly. All meds were touching the ice packs and the ice was nearly melted. 3rd order did not come on time. When you contact Coram, they are not very accommodating or apologetic. Very hard to get thru to them as well. Phone rings and rings, then hangs up and you have to dial again.
