            The service was slow, my food was not all that great and in fact didn't eat all of my meal because of it. To top it all off my bill reflected a $4.01 service charge. I asked what it was for, was told it was a service charge for paying with a credit card, but I had cash, so the girl checked with someone else who told her it was automatically figured into my bill to ensure the wait staff was tipped. I refused to pay that. It's MY choice to tip or not. I spoke with 2 different managers who said they couldn't remove it. I stood my ground but my son happened to over hear the way the colored manager was rude and laughing at everything I said. My son let him know he needed to change his attitude toward his Mom. Long story short they removed the $4.01 charge. I will not go there again. I can get a better Italian Beef sandwich at ****** or Subway for less money and like the way it tastes!
