vehicle purchased in feb24 over the phone but was misled by false advertisements posted on their website.Vehicle price approximately 74k.Pilson advertised a vehicle with a vin number on their website with options that are not installed on their vehicles. The salesman confirm these option were installed on this vehicle before purchasing..I agreed to move forward with the purchase and had the car shipped to me. I inspected the vehicle upon arrival, signed the papers and drove away. Within 5 min after I took ownership of the vehicle, I noticed this vehicle didnt have blind spot monitoring that was advertised. I have called multiple times to speak with the salesman or general manager and no one will take my call. The only person at the dealer that would take my call was the finance manager and he made it very clear that he is only the finance guy and he would not transfer me to a manager. He did admit it was a careless mistake by a new salesman and his marketing department advertised misleading comments about this vehicle. He did want to try to make it right by me. So he did some research on this option and came back to me and said this feature was a $495 option on the vehicle from the factory and that he will give me an additional $500 and this would cover everything to get this option installed at my local dealer. I told him that I wanted to get an estimate first from my local dealer before I agree to his offer. I went to my local dealer and they quoted me around $7,000 to get this feature added to my vehicle. I followed up with the finance guy (*************************) and he said he will not cover the $7,000 cost from my local dealer. Since he would not cover the 7k (retail price) I then proposed to Pilson auto to cover all necessary parts and I would pay the labor in my home state to complete the job. ************************* said absolutely not and to take the $1,000.00 or he will rescind the offer. I asked to speak with a manger and he would not transfer me to one.

My wife and sister in law bought a car from this establishment and were told that it passed inspection. The car was brought back in with an oil leak which was fixed, however they said it needed 'routine work' and it would be $100. When the car was picked up the charges were over $1,000. When the inspection report was requested, it shows the oil leak was present when they inspected it and they didnt fix it then.Furthermore, the 'routine work' was spark plugs and wires, flushing coolant/transmission systems and an alignment. The inspection report shows the systems and under the hood were fine. They also stated they fixed the alignment issue (which we brought up to them) and noted the car has bent back rims (which will cause these issues), NONE of which was disclosed upon purchase. They stated the car was "at the mileage for routine work" though the car has barely had ***** miles put on it.They refused to actually do right by us, so prior to talking to ***** Pilson myself, I'm here lodging my formal BBB complaint.

I purchased a car from pilson. When I was ready to sign the paper work, they had assured me that all the issue wrong with the car were already fixed. According to them there was no major issues on the car and the only thing required from me was basic maintenance. Shortly after signing the documents for my car the check engine light came on. What they didn’t mention was before I got the car their inspection list showed that the check engine light was already previously on. They assured to me that at the time the only issue was that it needed a tuneup, which they said they fixed. Not even 2 weeks passed of me having the car the check english light illuminated again. After having a certified mechanic run the diagnostics, I find out there are 7 check engine codes on my vehicle, which are all major problems. Which they said at the time of their inspection none of those issues existed, but it was only after 2 weeks of me having the car. Pilson was not truthful, about the inspection that they did on this car, the issues that this car is having did not occur in 2 weeks of my ownership. They won’t come clean, and seem unwilling to correct the issues that was wrong with this car from the beginning and they won’t admit it. When I came back my sales consultant was very rude and hostile, and almost refused to talk to me. Where’s the justice in this?
