*****************************, Install new gutters as well as privancy fence. The fence was so loose on east side of the gate where I hire someone to fix the fence. The guy I hire charged me $450.00 dollars. I inform ****** about the price. ****** inform me his wife would refund me the money back. ****** also visit my house on 8/23/21 with person that specialized in gutters. I was inform the guy was coming on Friday 8/27/21 to fix the gutters. ****** returned to my house with someone who he say is inspected . I asked to see the guy credentials and the person couldn't produce them. I am asking for refund for the $450 I spent to repair the gate as well as money back from the gutters.Business response

In response to the above reference complaint, our company prides ourselves in quality work. The work that was done for the property was for gutters and fence on July 15th.
It was shown to **************** that the work was completed. The quality of the work was checked and inspected by ***********************************, an inspector for houses. He can contest that the work was done correctly. We had gone back multiple times to please ***************** and fix any issues she had.
In our defense we have submitted pictures of the work that was done for your review.
The fence was properly and securely constructed. The statement that the fence was not fixed is contrary to the proof that we have. The issues that were brought up to me from ***************** that relate to the fence was more about the aesthetic and not the quality. Despite having completed the gutters and fence in a workmanship way. We have reached out to our lawyer and have made a settlement to ****************. The issue has been resolved.
