On December 25th, I placed a delivery order for two pizzas. When the order was delivered, there was only one pizza delivered. After contacting the store to let them know what happened, I was informed the driver would return to drop off the pizza that was forgotten. After two hours, I called back as no driver had come back, the representative at the store informed me the driver's car had broken down and they couldn't come back out. Instead of them contacting me to let me know, I had to keep tabs on their driver for them to get my stolen order. When I asked for a refund for the missing pizza, I was told no. When asked why I was put on hold, and then told " I can only get a refund for the missing pizza" Duh I said. The refund was supposedly applied on 12-25-2022, it has been past 7 business days and I do not have a refund. I have filed complaints through their contact us now, and have not heard anything. I need a refund since I only received half of my order, and their driver stole my order. Order #**** 12/25/2022 at 4:58PM
