I bought 2014 Audi A7 from AYA ********** Saturday May 11th 2024 for $10,600 drove the car for one day and was over heating, I called *** automotive to tell them about it he had me drop car to Star auto repair oak lawn, Il on Monday May 13 2024 then waited for my car until Wednesday May 15 2024 had my cousin pick car up he said it was having the same problem anti freeze leaking from car and light coming on over heating Im concerned that they sold me a lemon and I would like a refund or another carInitial Complaint

They sell LEMONS. They lie and scam ! They will take your money and your car breaks down in two weeks and they wont fix anything ! Every single car is a lemon They will scam you and say you never paid but you did ! Listen to the reviews ! Dont buy from these scammers ! They came and finally got their lemon after me steady asking for them to come get it for months !I will be taking them to court as well seeking reimbursement, for my 7k down payment ! With my proof that car stopped working after a week and they did nothing ! They also forge my signature on documents, and I will prove that in court as wellBusiness response

Customer did not Put $7,000 down, that's more then the total price of the vehicle. Customer has not made their payments for a year.
Customer stated the vehicle broke down within a week yet somehow put ****** miles on the vehicle. So it appears the vehicle was actually working just fine as I believe it is impossible to drive ****** miles in a week. I will submit documents and photos to prove all of the above.Initial Complaint

I WAS SENT A BILL OF SALE SAYING MY CAR WAS ****** i bought my car back in 4/05/2021 my car was repoed 02/2023 i paid over ****** and the owner has been lying my lawyer advised me to file report they are scamming i have all my documents below please give me a call ************ thats phone numbers for the business no one answers its ***************** this is the ownerInitial Complaint

I am having problems with this company. They initially sold me a car that the frame was bent and the engine was going out. I took car back to the dealership within the week of purchase. They would not give me my money back they told me I had to get another car on their lot. I got a jeep 2007 not my original choice but the only choice I had. All the other cars were priced higher and I didn't want to give them another *****. I still owed *** some money on this Jeep still. We have done so much work to this jeep since purchased (out of pocket). ******* verbally agreed to me paying the remaining balance on this jeep (no date or time frame to pay the balance off) Fast forward to 12/22/2021 *** had the car towed out of our driveway with no communication or no notice at all. We thought the car was stolen. I have been trying to contact them since 12//22/2021 . *** is requesting $3400 to get the car back. Even with repossessions fee that is excessive because I only owed them about $600.00. I was making payment up until 5/2021 is where i dropped the ball because of an accounting error I thought I was done paying them. As i said there was no contact from *** informing me that I still owed them. I need help this place is pulling a huge scandal makes me wonder how may people they have entrapped like this .
