1. **** said the job was completed under budget but yet charged me 200 plus over invoice ??2. Customers are always right but when I voiced my opinion it was ignored..3. He charged me for work that was not done..the estimate said lift up the tub and replace the floor board where needed..it was even verbalized to everyone including ****. All they did was a patch job.Money should have been deducted..4. *** used the wrong adhesive to Adhere the tiles too the floor..your supposed to buy powder and mix it with water to the right consistency..it holds the weight. Not out of a lousy bucket..My guess is he did that to save time for his next job..Now the floor may not last..5. I asked **** for receipts ..none was given..6. *** left the place a mess..couldn't he of cleaned it up..7. I don't even think *** used a level...This whole job done properly no more than **** +/'-...And I paid almost ****..for this..!!!!.Review from Alexandra S

Doesnt deserve one star, didnt show up, after changing the date once then a no- show for the second date, chosen by them. No call, nothing. If you really need work done, find someone else.

We spoke directly with the customer around noon the day before, proactively letting her know that due to a workers injury we might be able to provide service. We told her we would let he know for sure by 4pm that day. At 3:47 we called her and left a voice mail that the injured worker would not be able to provide service.
