08/16/23 **** came to my home to give me an estimate and replaced the shut off valve. 09/06/23 the company sent ****** to home who tried to overcharge me after I was given a price by the owner (****). He told me that was too much work for the quoted price. After talking to him he accepted the cash payment which included a discount for paying in cash. 11/01/23 the company sent ****** to winterize the system. ****** said there was a white piece of plastic in a valve which he would remove. 05/13/24, the company sent out ***** and another guy. I didnt like that because I am a senior citizen with limited mobility. However, I needed the system ready for the spring, they completed the spring start up and found a white piece of plastic in a valve. Everything seems to be working when they left the home. Later, in the month when I turn on the sprinkler system zone 1 did not work but the other 4 zones were working properly. I had communicated with the company via email with my concern so they sent ****** out on 06/21/24 he repaired the problem with zone one and broke value box 4 & 5 or adjusted it so that it would not work. On 06/21/24 he charged me $130.00 to replace the valve but he did not replace the valve, instead, he replaced the inside of the valve. Im questioning that charge. On 09/06/23 I paid $595.00 cash for 1 shut- off valve, 2 spray heads, 4 rotary heads, 6 feet of pipe. 12 poly fittings including clamps. On 05/13/24 I paid $170.00 for Spring start up and labor remove a piece of plastic from valve. On 06/20/24 I paid a $190.00 for one hunter spray head which I provided and replaced the inside of a valve. The last visit was scheduled to check the work from the Spring Start-up visit. Total amount paid to company is $955.00. I would like a refund for the valve charge ($130) and half refund for spray head that I provided (based on a previous charge for a spray head and installation).Business response
