This business sends repetitive emails to seek out small children. My child received an email from this place that is misleading, and this issue needs to be addressed.Business response

The person that submitted this complaint was sent emails after signing up to receive information on our company. The email they are referring to was to attend an audition. They logged on after our audition already started and then emailed multiple times because they were not let in. Due to the tardiness and limited availability of audition spots, they were not admitted to the audition. Nothing misleading about it.Initial Complaint

I signed a contract with Talent Audition, my child did not receive the full service and I am requesting half of my funds ($500) back. My child did not receive the marketing portion of the service provided in the contract due to her father's tragedy and the way custom service rep ****** and ***** spoke to me. I would also like to warn others about this scamming company. Please see the attached for my review. Unfortunately, I cannot attach the emails. The client has been told that we would not refund her money. Her daughter attended all classes and the agent showcase, at a discounted price, without any complaints. Not once did the client reach out to voice any concerns regarding her daughter not learning anything while she was attending classes. Only after two months, a misunderstanding with a former employee, and our company refusing to issue a refund did she bring forward any sort of complaints about our program and her daughter not learning anything. The way our customer service representatives spoke to the client was very straight forward and strictly professional. We offered multiple solutions to make up for the misunderstanding with the former employee and the client has declined all options. We will not be issuing a refund, as we have told the client multiple times.Customer response

Greetings,
I do not except this fraud of a company response as my child did not receive full service. My child was not advertised as stated in the contract(6 month) and I would like that portion of the agreement refunded.
