After booking my flight, I received an urgent email to call customer service. They informed me the airline did not accept my booking but they had only 2 seats left but it was $500 more. Fortunately, I was reading the BBB reviews while on hold to see if this was a scam. True to form (like the other reviewers) they try to bate into a higher ticket. The price they advertised was never available to begin with. I am deleting this app and advise you to do the same.Review from Jian L

The ************************************** is a fraudulent agent company run by Indian. They scam customers. They attract customers with unbelievable low price. Then call you and send email to you saying that due to unforeseen circumstances, your original flights have experienced a change in availability. Then they recommend other airline with higher price, which still be lower than market. You accept it. Then you will be notified one day just before you take the flight saying unfortunately your tickets are not available again. Then you have to buy an expensive ticket. When you call them to cancel the booking, they are angry and yell at you. They just simply do not cancel your booking and insist on issuing new tickets to you.Review from abu c

I booked a ticket from LOWTICKETS.COM and submitted a credit card number to the website of this fraudulent operation, and received the email shortly afterwards saying Urgent action required: there was a problem and call them . On the phone, they demanded more money and saying one of the ticket is not confirmed and airlines increased price. i originally ******* for $1583 and he was asking for $2000 to confirm. please take action against this company.Review from Lisa D

Submitted cc information to book airline tickets. This is a fraudulent operation using several different names! Same person calls and says your ticket price expired and owe us 3k more for your tickets!! Should be in jail!!!!!Review from Scott P

I submitted a credit card number to the website of this fraudulent operation, and received the email detailed below shortly afterwards. On the phone, they demanded more money. Don't use cheapbestfares.com or jetcost because they are scam. They offered lowest air fare then they collect all passenger information. After that they claim they don't have the lowest price airfare unless the customer pay a very high price. This is a scam! They only wnat the customer information then they sell this to 3rd party-this is their actual business. So beware of it. I don't know why US have a law to prosecute these scammers!Review from Jordan F

Wow what a scam!Booked my tickets today and called within 5 min because I wanted a confirmation for my flight.The accented male who answered informed me that it must have been a glitch and the price I confirmed and paid not 5 minutes before had gone up by $700.00 with the discount they at that moment were trying to give me.Bait and switch. There is no way this is a real company.Avoid them!Review from Robert R

SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF TIME. THE ORIGINAL PRICE WAS NOT HONORED AND I RECIEVED A CALL WITH A NEW PRICE WHICH WAS GREATER THAN BOOKING DIRECTLY WITH THE SAME AIRLINE FOR THE SAME BASIC FLIGHTS. I KNEW THEN THIS COMPANY WAS UNETHICAL.SUCH A SCAM. DONT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME ON THIS SITE. I NOW HAVE TO CALL TO MAKE SURE THEY DONT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD.OBVIOUSLY THIS IS PAR FOR THE COURSE (SOP) AFTER LOOKING AT THE OTHER REVIEWS.
