I went to this provider and got a service done around December. When I received the bill in May 2022, I paid it right away. I have since received the bill at least 3 other times.The third time, I called the office, left voice messages, saying I already paid. I wrote the check #**** on 20MAY2022 ans the company cashed it in on 09JUN2022. The assistant called me back. She apologized for the error and said the invoice is closed and paid.Today, 29APR2023, I received another bill for the same amount. I called again and left a voice message, but I would like this officially documented that I have tried again and again to get this bill closed.
