I purchased tickets on there website. They told me my tickets werent gonna be available until the day before or day of the event. When I asked why they didnt have an explanation. Its electronic. I asked to resell the tickets they sold me they said they cant do that. But they are able to resell another sellers tickets. Non of the information that was emailed to me is even available to me. They scammed me for $642.50 for electronic tickets I cant even view. Asked to speak to a supervisor and the woman stated they dont have a supervisor.Initial Complaint

I ordered tickets though Ticket Center for a show that was originally scheduled for November 8th, 2023. The show was cancelled by the performer. I didn't hear ANYTHING from the ticket agent regarding this cancellation. I heard it directly from the venue when I was at another event. I reached out and they said that they would be valid for the new date. Today, 2/12/24 I received an email that the event is rescheduled for May 31st. I called for a refund because I cannot attend the new date due to a previously scheduled event. The refused refund. They refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. they denied having a street mailing address to write a complaint. They told me I could go through hoops to sell though a third party, however I have ZERO faith I doing this as they have to communicated with me regarding the first cancellation.Initial Complaint

I accidentally touched a button on the phone and found myself with a concert ticket I didn't want...I did try to an online chat with a rep and they refused to refund my money and told me all I could do is resell the ticket online...I am a Sr ******* and do not know how to do that. there's supposed to be an online confirmation just to get the ticket and I can't do that either... no computer just my phone. I just don't have $96 to waste please helpInitial Complaint

- Transaction date: 12/9/2022 - Paid: $265 valued at $80 through Ticketmaster. 331% markup. - They provided me tickets to a concert - Overcharged for tickets that arent even sold out yet. Complete rip off - Business has not helped. They said all sales are final. No refunds or credit. - Order #********Initial Complaint

On 10/29/2022 we purchase 12 tickets in section 213 to see King and Country concert that is scheduled for 12/16/2022. When it was time to receive the tickets we were told that the tickets we puchased were not availabe any more. They sent tickets for a section 609 which is far away from our original puchase. After getting a hold of the ticket agent they said that they would be able to put ** 12 seats in section 221. We agreed to those tickets. When the time came to get the tickets they said that there were only 8 tickets and we would have to find the other 4 seats. Again this was unacceptable. We bought these tickets as a Christmas present for our whole family also it is our Anniversary and my wfes birthday.We unknowingly purchased the tickets from a third party website Ticket Center.
