Im a on time paying tenant at this apartment building and I have several unresolved issues. Ive been a tenant for almost 10yrs and its difficult getting work orders completed correctly. Some of my work orders I have completed myself and at my own expense. I have several pending work orders right now, that is still not closed. My latest two work orders is the huge dip in the floor that causes bodily harm to myself and my wife. Secondly, the leaking and rusted water tank. *** made complaints to every property manager, I contacted the regional manager and I also reached out to the downtown ****** and no one has helped with resolving these problems. Another complaint is the cleanliness of the property inside and outside. Im also considering reaching out to a news broadcast. These are not just my issues several tenants are complaining and we need to be heard.

I entered a work order on Jan 4th about my water heater giving me problems. I also call into the office and made the same complaint. The same day a maintenance tech came to my apart to check the water heater and stated he would report the problem to his boss and I never heard from him afterwards. Jan. 12th my water heater stopped working after 5pm. I reported it to the on call maintenance tech who tried to fix the problem but it was nothing he could do. The parts that he needs has to be ordered according to his supervisor. Now I have to wait an entire weekend and possibly until after the holiday to have my water heater repaired. Thats 3/4 days in the winter time without any hot water. I currently have the flu thats putting my health more at risk. I would like to be properly compensated for the negligence. If the first maintenance tech would have done his job I wouldnt have to go through this. Ive been a tenant for 9yrs and Im tired of keeping up my end of the bargain and this property and maintenance men are not keeping theirs. This property needs to be held accountable.

I've resided at this location for over two years, and upon deciding to move, I sent a certified mail containing a money order for $845. However, the leasing office claimed not to have received it. Despite forwarding the certified mail to ***********************************, who also asserted non-receipt and found no record of the money order number in her systems across the four properties she manages, the issue persisted. Seeking resolution, I enlisted Western Union's assistance, incurring a $15 fee for a transcript revealing the check's deposit details. The process took ***** days, during which I regularly contacted the office to prevent a balance on my account. Unfortunately, calls were met with voicemail, and attempts to reach out to Property Manager ************************* and Assistant ********************* yielded no response. As I am diligently working on improving my credit, I find it unacceptable to be taken advantage of by this property, especially considering I no longer reside there. I have never owed money to any rental property before, and I am seeking clarification on the whereabouts of my funds. Upon receiving a transcript via mail indicating electronic cashing by Westhaven Park Apartments, I promptly shared the evidence with the office and am currently awaiting a response, with attached images for your reference.
