On November 7th 2022 Appliance Town was suppose to repair the stove that I bought from them. I gave them ****** for the deposit for the repairs, they said it would be three to four days for them to get the part. I didn't hear anymore from them. They was going to have it repaired before Thanksgiving. I finally got in touch with them a few days before Thanksgiving and the Technician was coming out,he never came. They was going to send me another stove the day before Thanksgiving and then Thanksgiving Day it never came. So they ruined Thanksgiving ,took my money and I still don't have a stove.Initial Complaint

Broken refrigerator. I called service from webside. He came and diagnose problem. I paid him $60 cash for diagnose 05.04.2022. He told me so he required $700 for parts and he gonna back 5-7 bussiness days and fix refrigerator. I paid him $700 for parts 05.05.2022 thru Zelle by *********** because he required this metod of payment. He doesn't show up anymore. He sent me few text messages and told "I'm gonna waiting till next week, give me a couple days" After 1 month I told him so I want to take me my $700 back. I don't have a refrigerator at home 1 month. I can't wait more time, because I have a three small kids at home and I need fixed refrigerator. He stopped answer the phone and he doesn't answer text messages. He just steal my money and he didn't fix my refrigerator.Initial Complaint

I purchased a stove for $300 and a warranty ($60) from ***** on 01/24/2022. The oven wasnt working properly and on several occasions Ive tried to reach out so that the oven can get fixed (which is why I bought the warranty). I texted him on 02/22/2022 regarding the situation, called and texted on 03/02/2022. I received a response saying that they would come out the next day to look at the oven. They never showed up. I reached out again on 03/08/2022 and didnt hear back. I reached out again on 03/22/2022 because at this point I had been trying for a month to have my oven fixed. I received a response from ***** asking if Thursday 03/24/2022 would work for me, I replied that it would and asked what time hed be at the home. I never received a response and he never showed up. I then had my mother reach out because I stopped receiving responses from *****. He agreed to come to the home on 04/19/2022. He never showed. On 04/20/2022 he texted us both apologizing and said that the transmission on his car went and that hed be out the next morning 04/21/2022. I never heard from him on 04/21/2022 and he didnt show again. He texted us the next day and apologized AGAIN with another excuse. He then assured us that someone would be at the home on Saturday 04/30/2022 between 11am and 12pm, no one ever showed up. At that point I asked for a refund because clearly they had no intention of honoring their warranty, and I had been trying to get this fixed since February. I received a defective product and they have not even been here to fix it. It has been over two months dealing with this company. They are not reliable and do not honor their warranties. When I requested my money back, I never received a response or my money. At this point I feel like Ive been robbed, and I guess the only recourse would be to take legal action to recover my lost money.Initial Complaint

the date of the transaction was september 2nd 2021 i call and they told me that they can fix my fridge he gave me a price for $300.00 dollars the parts cost $200.00 the labor $100.00 total $300.00 dollars they said thet was going to order the part but never did they came back but didn:t have no part then told me let them take my fridge and they was going to bring it back the same day and i said no write the part number down so he took a picture of it and then took my icemaker part off and said when i come back i will have both parts but never came back and still have my part to my fridge today i havent heard from tthem yet i have a lot of tex messageing that the sent me all i want is my money back that they schame me for and my part for my icemaker.
