On 12/10/22 purchased a dryer for $200 got it home it does not work(get hot )it has a 90 warranty and I've been to the store on several occasion was told they will come out to change a part that did not work then was told they will bring a new dryer out. I've be back there 4/5 times with the same response(nothing) I'am a **************************************************************************************** weather conditions because of poor business seems this is a repeated thing they do to the elderly people and they should be closed.Initial Complaint

On September 15th 2022, I purchased a used stove for $180.00 from Primos Appliances. There was a 90 day warranty on the stove. On or about September 20th, i contacted them to advise oven wasn't working and was told by ************** he would stop by and look at stove. *************** came by two days later and couldn't fix it. He stated he would look for the part and come to fix oven. I have called numerous times and stopped by the store a few times, spoke to him where he said he would stop by to fix the oven. As of today, December 6th was oven is still broken and Mr. ********************** and his employees are now avoiding my calls. Any assistance you can provide will be appreciated. I am concerned about a gas leak as I am a disabled woman who lives alone with my pets.
