      I ordered an expensive canvas print. The FedEx delivered around midnight, left the package in an insecure area, and it was stolen. Fine Art America promised a replacement, but over two months later, crickets. I won't be ordering again.

      Basically as soon as I uploaded my art I got kicked out my profile and technical support hasnt emailed me back to fix the problem with my password not working and its not sending the email for me to change the password so I dont trust this website anymore

      This business demonstrates total disregard for the artists that it exploits.I am filing this review after getting off the phone with "customer support".I called customer support because online technical support has not responded to my login issue for over a week."Customer support" told me they only handle buyers issues and artists need to use online technical support. Online technical support has not responded in over seven days. I explained this to "customer support" and they hung up.Maybe buying something from this outfit is a better experience. I don't recommend contributing.

      I ordered 6 items, large photograph framed canvas pics and only received 4 of the 6. I have contacted the "email" customer service with no reply. I had to find out a number, and there are scams out there posing as Fine Art America trying to get information from you. So you are left at the mercy of an email customer service that does not respond. The tracking shows the order was delivered. Again, only 4 of the 6 were, leaving me out over a $1000 dollars I can't get hold of a live person to talk to from this company to actually try to help!

      I ordered an item and paid for overnight shipping on 3/26/24. I paid ***** for overnight shipping and it is 3/30/24 and the item has not been delivered. Informed fineartsamerica customer service and did respond by saying that it wasnt their concern. Very disappointed do not buy from this company!!!!!

      Excellent artwork of the ocean and sky by *********************. Colors match my room perfectly. Frame is rich looking and well crafted. Arrived in excellent condition. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

      This is not a company for professionals. The print quality is horrible. I have asked many times why certain things don't lend themselves to a good UX. For instance, Puzzles are not offered in the list of items associated with a print. That would seem like an oversite on the part of the web designer. I asked why certain things are not found in the list of items a customer might see and, instead of "Hey, you're right, that would lead to more sales and better control of your account" I received an email detailing a long list of menu items that a user must follow to actually find puzzles, then you must look up the artists name then go through the print gallery until you, once again, find the print that you want. This is a ridiculous process to follow and no customer would go through that, even if you supplied instructions. The metal prints are not of professional quality. They are inexpensive because they are cheap. The mounting is cheap, wooden frames glued to the back of the metal print and each one will be different. For instance, if you wanted to create a trip-tic of three prints, the mounting on the back would be in different places making it a nightmare to mount correctly. When I made suggestions about what would work better for us as artists, they stated in an email that "We have no control over that."I canceled my account. Horrible, thoughtless company.

      I dont even know where to start, because Ive had so many phone calls and emails through customer service, that I would be writing a book here! So, Ill try to keep it as brief as I can.I placed an order on June 10 as an artist ordering a gift for a friend. After over two weeks, the order had not been received. I contacted Fine Art America and **************** told me that the order had been canceled because the picture wasnt acceptable for printing. I asked ****************, why somebody didnt contact me then so I could send a better picture? Get this, **************** told me thats just the way they do it! What does that mean?! They just cancel your order without contacting the artist?! It doesnt even make any sense.Anyway, if you think thats something get this . . . Jovie emailed me and said oh Fine Art America made a mistake that wasnt your order that the photo wasnt acceptable! So my order was canceled as a mistake of Fine Art America! Jovi apologize and said he didnt know how that happened and then asked me if I still wanted the items. I told him yes, and he said they refunded me the money so I would have to re-order. I really ordered the items on June 26 and hadnt heard a peep from anyone. I figured since they were the ones that made the mistake, they would expedite the re-order. But no, as of today July 2, **************** says the items are still in production and that they need a 10 day lead. I asked four emails ago, I would think that the company would reimburse me for this total debacle. However, Jovi never addressed that in my emails. The only reason I really ordered is because the items were a birthday gift and I thought It would be quicker to just re-order and be done with it. As soon as I received tracking numbers for my items, I will be canceling my membership with fine Art America and just take a loss on the membership renewal I just get paid in June. This company is a joke!

      Poor customer service they do not have a number where you can speak to someone in customer service. The ordering portion of there website messed up my order completely and now I have to pay to return the item.

      The pix was beautiful but the workmanship in displaying the canvas was horrible and pix boarder was not straight. Their rep blamed it on the company that sent them the pix. They have a return policy but do not live up to it. They returned $30 of a $50 purchase. I went to another company and bought a different pix -- also beautiful but it was a well done and perfect product. I wanted to write and letter to office about their product and service but the address in ******* was a house for sale. This is a horrible business and they cheat. I lost money but I hope you don't.
