in this store I bought a large amount of audio equipment for a total of $ ****** one product did not fit. It was a nad m33 network player that I tried to return to this store along with speakers that were not new and I did not like the sound of them. I bought the *** M33 turntable on August 7, 2022 for $****, and I bought the speakers on October 2, 2022, and immediately on October 14 I brought it back to the store and said that I did not like it and I wanted to return it. They took the speakers, and the *** m33 player, refused to take and return the money. after 2 weeks on October 29, I returned to the store and saw that my speakers had already been sold, I asked the seller to return the money to me, and the seller answered me that they would not return the money for the speakers $ ******* and for the *** m33 player the money in the amount of $ **** ,13 they won't refund me either. I don't like the sound of these two purchases and would like a refund for them. the owner of the store offered me to buy another product from them for this amount, but nothing in their store suits me, I dont like it, and I cant choose a replacement from them. I bought a lot of goods from them, more than *******************, for a large amount of $ *****, but only two did not fit me and did not like it, the money for which I want to return $ ****.13 for the *** m33 player and for the Dunaudio speakers $ *******. I brought the *** m33 player back to them 2 months after the purchase, because I work as a truck driver and am not at home for 2-3 weeks. In the store, they turned on *** m33 for me, but when I brought it home, I didnt like its sound, and I left for work for 3 weeks. Please help me get my money back. For over 40 years, we are proud to say that we have thousands of happy customers. This is our first complaint posted on BBB ever.
You purchased this amp back in August, and during your subsequent visits to the store, you were pleased with your purchase, and only complained that you had seen a lower price from a competitor, and asked for a price adjustment. We agreed that if we sold you a separate subwoofer at BELOW our cost to you, that this would compensate for the pricing difference. You never voiced displeasure with the amplifier. Then, after many subsequent purchases from us, you then came back and wanted to return this now used amplifier more than sixty days later for a full refund?
Our term of sale policy is clearly stated on your receipt, as well as on our website, and this was explained to you prior to your purchase. We do not offer 90 day refunds. We did offer you our liberal ******************************************************************************************** the store for your full purchase price.
Instead of our normal trade up policy and in the spirit of compromise, we will make a policy adjustment for you and refund the purchase price of the speakers that you bought, in the amount of $1898.51, and then returned two weeks later. We can mail you a check for this amount, or issue you a credit to your credit card. Please contact us and let you know which one of these that you would prefer.
