I came to shop and dealt with owner *******. I have worked in body shops for years and ******* is aware of that. I had rocker panels installed by this shop a couple years ago. This past November I noticed some bubbling on bottom of rocker. I brought back to shop and showed *******. I explained to him that he needs to take it all the way down to see whats going on so it doesn't come back. He charged me $1400, Fast forward 3 months and paint is bubbling again. I took back to ******* and he said he needs to take body work all the way down to see if it needs a cab corner now. I told him I paid you $1400 take down all the way first time but you didn't . They cut corners instead of doing the job they were paid to do. I asked ******* to correct, I was also willing to give them some other work to do on my truck. He said he would write up an estimate and get back to me . He ignored me for over a month. Every time I would call him he would tell me he is busy and is working on estimate. After a month I finally get a hold and asked if he wrote the estimate. He said I dont have f****n time , I told him I find it hard to believe that hes not writing estimates for his other customers as well and hes intentionally ignoring me because he already has my money. He then told me to come and get my f****n money. I showed up the following day to pick up my money and he refused to pay me after driving far. He clearly wasted my time and his employee started threatening me if I didnt leave. I called the police and they suggested I take him to court. I am currently in the process of taking them to court, do not trust the shop or have them do any work for you.Business response

First and foremost, the job you are referencing in your review was completed by a previous business, located at this facility, which has no affiliation with **************. When you brought this to the attention of *******, the President of **************, he informed you that rust related jobs are very sensitive and cannot be repaired as normal damage. After discussing the details of the repairs needed for this vehicle. We gave you a price, which included costs to repair the infected areas properly. You did not agree with the price and insisted on going a cheaper route. Having your experience in the autobody field, you should know a cheaper route cannot be done on rust repairs, without causing conflict. We explained to you several times, the details of the job we agreed upon, and that we will not warrant any guarantee. Having the knowledge, you decided to move forward with the repairs and said, do the best you can ''. When your vehicle was picked up, you praised the quality of work, and was once again informed there was no guarantee on the work. That being said, you entered our facility aggressively, and demanded a refund or you would file a lawsuit, for a job that was completed as discussed.When asked to leave, you refused and shouted slurs, as well as explicit language to our employees. You then proceeded to threaten *******, and approach him closely in an aggressive manner. During this time, you were asked to leave on multiple occasions, or authorities will be contacted. When authorities arrived, we informed them of the occurrence, and requested you be taken away from the facility. We take pride in our quality of work, and customer service practices. On top of many excellent reviews, we have also done several jobs for your friends and relatives, with no issues. With that said, we cannot accept responsibility for your dissatisfaction. You were well informed during the process and the work was completed as agreed.

Sincerely,I am rejecting this response because: A-Ok's response was FULL OF LIES. I did do an overhaul on my truck with the previous owner but the job in question was done under current owner *******. ******* delayed me with several excuses for over a month on correcting what he was paid to do. Our phone conversation Monday May 2, ************************************************************************************************************ this way since you already had my money. Your response was to "come get your "f***n money" and I told you I will be there tomorrow. When I showed up on Tuesday May 3rd you refused to return my money like you said you were. Your brother in law ****** threatened me and I was the one who called the authorities. After I called the police you and your coworker suspiciously rushed out the shop and returned when the police were on site. As you aggressively pulled up you almost hit me with your car and the police officer told "you almost hit us" you then put your head down and walked into the building. I have the police report and will bring it court.

Once again, We had done what you had paid for. You can claim what you want. You were aggressive when you had walked through those doors. You had got in ******* face telling him that he was a piece of S###. We do not tolerate explicit or aggressive behavior at our facility. ****** has asked you politely to leave the facility for your behavior. All our customer is our priority, and we provide them with excellent service.
