    My car has been at this shop for more than 3 months due to an accident that occurred on February 13 that I was not at fault for. The other driver's insurance set up for my car to be picked up and brought to this shop on February 15. Since then, I've had a very hard time contacting the shop to get any updates on the stance of my car. On the initial accident report, done by the other driver's insurance company, the damages were expected to take only 5 days to repair. I assumed this would be after all the parts came in but didn't expect it to be taking this unreasonable amount of time due to the amount of damage there was. The insurance company is also having a hard time contacting them. Today, May 24, I called the insurance company to see if they knew the stance of my car but actually found out that my insurance claim was closed in March due to the lack of recent updates. The insurance company did say that their check to the shop was cashed. I tried calling the shop 4 times today between 2pm and 4pm but no one picked up, their voicemail was also full so I couldn't leave a message. Since the time of the accident and now, April 11 and April 24 were the only two times the shop has picked up my phone call. I decided to call them myself due to the lack of information the insurance company could give me. I tried calling twice on April 25, once on April 27, and four times on May 24, all during reasonable business hours, but no answers or call backs. I am genuinely concerned that my car has been stolen due to the lack of updates and communication.
