So I got into a car accident and the attorney that Im dealing with one of their paralegal recommended me to ****************************. They sent an estimate to my insurance, my insurance sent them a check in about two days later after they cash it they were trying to ask for more money. They held my car for a month, and after that, they decided to pull all the panels off my car they didnt bother to fix it. All they did was pull everything out of my car and they gave it to me like that. Very unprofessional they lied to my insurance they said they put everything back they stole my rear cover, spare tire cover I found certain things missing in my car. They pulled the panels by my door which exposed my wires. Very unprofessional I cannot believe a collision place. Will do something like this to the customers. And if theyre going to fix your car, they shouldnt be charging your storage fee they didnt want to give the check back to my insurance. They told him they were going to use it for storage fee and then they try to ask for more money for storage fee. I gave them my car a certain way and I got it in pieces. I had to take it to another place, which left me two months, and a half without vehicle And these people think they can get away with it. I know another couple they have the same experience with them, but I didnt find out until after the fact. I was very hurt and disappointed that a business like this can do something like this to their customers . Im trying to find an attorney to *** them because I just feel that they should reimburse my insurance for a job they didnt do. I posted pictures so you can see how they gave me back my car thats not the way I gave it to them again very unprofessional. I hope that no one else becomes the victim. Because of what they did my car is now a loss. I couldnt get my car repair. I had to pay on my own to get a repair to get unstated again. Which it cost me 2500 to get my car fixed. The only thing that needed to be fixed was my door to get replaced. The floor panel to get replaced and then to be fixed thats all they had to do but no they tore my car apart for no reason to try to scam for more money from State Farm.
