      May 10 was involved in a car accident. The person who hit me had this insurance, if you call it that. Can never get ahold of anyone when you finally do you give a recording of the incident they document it, say adjuster will call. No call we called back to get info to find out there was never a claim started they have no idea who we are now we are constantly getting a run around.

      *********************** is not a client of Talro Insurance Agency. She needs to contact the insurance carrier that our client was insured with.

      This complaint should be directed to the insurance carrier, not the agent.

      I was told if i wanted to cancel the auto policy to sen them a cancellation letter and a receipt from where i made my premium payment and i would get refunded within 21 days and 21 days was on the 8th of December. When i contacted them they told me that they sent it to the dealership of ************** ************************************** ** and I contacted the dealership and i was told that no money was sent to them it should be sent back on my card which i paid from and Talro insurance is giving me the run around cuz they DONT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY. SO I CONTACTED BBB and cash app dispute the company which my money came from on my debit card ending in ****.

      I purchased full coverage auto insurance through Talro September 27th for my new vehicle I just purchased out the lot and needed insurance in order to drive off the lot. 4 days later a unfortunate tragedy occurred where I was carjacked at gunpoint for my vehicle the police ended up recovering my car the next night unfortunately the vehicle had been in an accident due to The car **** are trying to get away with that being said my vehicle was towed and sitting at the shop October 12 where an adjuster came out approved whatever they were going to approve around November they started working on the vehicle from what I was told I was calling every week once a week to check the status on the vehicle because again I am paying for a vehicle I dont even have I finally got an answer around mid February that the car will be done that following Friday Friday came I got a call letting me know they put the vehicle back together and as they put it back together they noticed the engine was broken theres nothing they can do but tell insurance. I proceeded to reach out to the insurance which they had no clue of so again had to wait the process again get another adjuster to go check it out. So finally it gets approved to replace the engine which again when I purchased this insurance I was unaware that full coverage meant I would be getting secondhand parts. So it gets approved around March the lady I was speaking with named ****** told me the engine should be there within the next 10 days for me to come back in three weeks it has been four weeks I just called today and spoke with a man named Pablo **** is telling me now that not only did ****** give me false information the car was never being worked on and he still sitting and its been six months now going on seven months this is ridiculous and absolutely absurd that it has taken this long and Im still waiting when I paid for full coverage with this insurance and not only have I been waiting they want me to pay half on some parts
