DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!! I CAN NOT stress this enough DO NOT give them your money. Long story short I had this Talro auto insurance company and another driver hit me. He had the SAME EXACT insurance company but they DID NOT help me in my case at all they denied everything. And my lawyers passed on my case because they said the case would take too long and by the time they would get anything there wouldn't be enough to go around. PLEASE DON'T GIVE THEY YOUR MONEY!!! I don't know how they are still in business but I know I will NEVER give them another cent of my hard earned money.Review from Angela D

I had to get insurance on my car before I drove off the car lot talro insurance charges me $310 for a down payment and I didn't have the car for a month and I got the insurance with them January 2,2024 and they sent me a letter in the mail in March of 2024 saying that my insurance has been canceled and taken effect January 3 of 2024 so they canceled the insurance the same day I had purchased itReview from Charlotte B

Worst customer service EVER. They call EVERY SINGLE DAY. Reputable companies dont do that. When my policy expires I will be going BACK to State Farm. This company is MONEY HUNGRY AND THIRSTY FOR YOUR MONEY. I believe its run by the mob or the police or a crooked politician. TALRO INSURANCE IS A PAIN IN MY A** AND IVE ONLY HAD THEM FOR A MONTH. I wish I could cancel TODAY!!!! This company doesnt DESERVE ANY STARS!!! What they deserve is a torch and terrible ratings for harassing me every day. STOP CALLING ME EVERY DAY LIKE YOUVE BEEN DOING. Its not going to make me pay you any sooner. I was told I have until the 9th to pay and late fees will be waved but yet I get phones calls and text messages every day reminding me of the SAME thing!!!Review from SHIRLEY S

I was insured through Toro insurance that also Branch me off to unique insurance they took my down payment of $220 that said could not be completely returned to me they canceled me because of my age I'm 75 years old they said it was based on a doctor's report which was never explained to me before I purchased and put my money into this insurance I think it's discriminating because of the fact I have no permanent illness that prevents me from driving so this is a scam take your down payment and your money and then turn around and cancel you
