I got this insurance because I was on a budget. Worst money I ever spent. Shortly after I received the insurance I lost my job and had to door dash for two months to pay for my insurance and rent. I get into a car accident long after I deleted my dasher account. I have liability and was in a car accident. According to the police report I was at fault. The third party then shows up to my home two months later claiming my insurance company told them they would not be paying them what they are owed due to me door dashing using the insurance. They said in my contract I was not allowed to do that but when I paid for my policy no one disclosed this to me. I called them three to four times today trying to get an explanation and NO ONE IS ANSWERING. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CONARTISTS.Initial Complaint

A driver insured with Texas Ranger MGA slammed into the back of my truck just under 3 months ago (12/28/2024) and Ive yet to see a check to trying have my truck repaired. Within those three months theirs been little to no communication unless I call multiple times to finally get through to someone. The adjuster claims she sent out two checks but neither has been seen in the mail. This whole process has been a complete nightmare since I cant use my truck and they not trying to pay for the damages the insured driver caused. I cant even get it to a repair shop since im having so much trouble establishing a reliable communication method with themInitial Complaint

Texas Ranger MGA is absolutely terrible when it comes to communication. My insurance adjustor, ********* ******, has been unprofessional, uncommunicative, and unhelpful the entirety of this process. It has been over 2 months since I got into an accident with a car whose plates come back to their insurance company, and they are telling me that the car is not under their insurance even though the record shows it does. They are now claiming that since the policyholder is not responding to their certified letters, they will send one more and then deny my claim. There has been no communication, no action, and most of all no decency in this process. They did not get my information correct so my name is misspelled on their claim and they never even asked me to go over the incident - not once did I tell them what happened during the accident/leading up to etc. It's been weeks of contacting the mainline, waiting for a callback, and being told by someone else to "wait 5-6 more business days". Over and over again! All to finally be told they will likely deny my claim solely because their policyholder will not respond. I did get the police involved when the accident occurred and am working on getting the police report since this company and my adjustor specifically will not do their due diligence to settle this claim properly. I do have a case number and paper trail of communication with the police but of course ********* never opted to ask or go over anything with me at any point in this process. It's been largely silent on her end. This is totally unacceptable and I have reached out via email for a supervisor but I am coming here as well, in hopes that SOMEONE will do SOMETHING or communicate properly because I am done speaking with ********* ******.Initial Complaint

The details of my claim involve a gentleman named **** Canon ******, which was at my home at the time of the loss 8/11/24. I had moved my white 2014 **** Fusion SE Hybrid (VIN# *****************) to the back of the driveway. **** had pulled his ***** Odyssey van in front of my garage door. Later on in the day he was leaving and was backing up, forgetting that my car was behind him and bumped into the driver's side front bumper and side of my car. **** and myself called his insurance company to make a claim (Claim# CLM-00014786).The claim adjuster's name is ****** ******* **************, but every time, except once, it goes right into her voicemail. She is not the best in calling back and I would almost always miss her call with the exception of a couple times. She would tell me that she needed to talk with **** to get a statement. I gave her his number and she said she had called him many times and **** has returned her calls, just for them to go into her voicemail he never could reach a live person. I don't know why they don't have a general number that you can call and anyone can take a statement of what happened.I have written down a log of the many times I have called her and her supervisor to get this small claim resolved, it is going on past 4 months.****** called and sent me letter of denying the claim stating that it was due to **** not contacting them to make a statement, which is false, he has called them many times just for it to go into voicemail!Alicia's supervisor's name is: ******* **************.I just want my car repaired $2675.43 and the rental vehicle paid for that I will have to have while this work is done. I was rear ended by their insured in 10/21/24 and they are dragging their feet processing my claim. It took them nearly 2 weeks to send the appraiser out but that's only because I called their customer service number. After that I was told I'd get a copy of the appraisal but they won't give me a copy until after "liability has been finalized" and in order for it to be finalized, they have to get the other Driver's statement which I have to wait on even though the person rear ended me while I was waiting at a freaking stop light....doesn't get more black and white than that. The adjuster has only returned 1 of my many phone calls and all she said was she put a call into the other driver and I should be hearing back by early week but do you think I heard anything back....NO!!!! They have this so called text thread you can text but they stopped responding to that this week and I've also sent emails with no response as well! I can't get them to help me with anything! They are dragging their feet and now my car is inoperable and in limbo because of them! I just want this claim to be finalized so I can move on! I'm sick of them!Business Response

I filed a claim with Texas Ranger on September 24 it is now October ********************************************************* been assigned one even though they said I would be assigned one shortly and be given his information after making the claim, Its almost impossible to get anyone from the claim department to answer calls with hold times going for hours, I waited an hour an a half the first time I called and their where only 4 people ahead of me according to their system. I have given them proof that the other person is at fault and all they said is that the adjuster has been reviewing information over the claim but still havent provided me with any information over my claim adjuster or when I can expect for a settlement agreement.Business Response

I filed a claim on September 7th because I was hit by a drunk driver. My claim still isnt settled, I cant get in touch with anyone, they wont put me in a rental, and its week three of no car. I am rejecting this response because the company did call me. An agent called and said something about a settlement offer that is laughably small with no information at all about details. Is the car totaled? Are they recommending a repair? This is after 3 weeks with little contact and the agent didn't offer basic details. They also offered me a reduced rate on a rental but I'd still have to pay hundreds of dollars with no reimbursement. Is this a joke?

My daughter was involved in an accident with an insured party of Texas Ranger insurance on 8/15/24. We called the next day to file the claim. The claim representative would not return calls or answer text messages. A different claims representative was assigned to the claim and she sends my daughter a text stating she will contact her shortly to discuss the claim, this has been about 2 weeks now with no contact. We have called left messages and sent text messages and no one has responded. This company is very bad with communication. My daughters car is not drivable and a month later and we still have no resolution. We did everything we were supposed to do and I believe this company should do what they are supposed to do.Business Response

I was involved in an accident with a policy holder of Texas Rangers MCA on 7/15/2024 and the accident report taken by a Texas Constable indicates that I was not at fault. An adjuster visited my home and took pictures of my vehicle. As of today 8/14/2024, my car has NOT been repaired nor am I able to make contact. The hood time when calling the insurance company at ************ is nearly impossible. No return calls and my car is in need of repair. I have to enter my vehicle from the passenger side.
