      On January 11th, I spoke to a gentleman named ***** about renewing my auto insurance policy. ***** let me know that it would be $240 to renew my auto insurance for my 2017 Jeep Cherokee. The monthly payments would have been around $150 a month. I paid the $240 the same day while on the phone with ***** and I was told I will receive my insurance policy via email or to my home address within a day or so. Two weeks later I never received my insurance policy at my address or in my email inbox. I reached out to Urban insurance and spoke with for young lady named ****** who then told me that I was quoted the wrong amount and that I had to pay 90 more dollars on top of the 240 I already had paid and that my monthly payments would be over $200 per month. I told ****** that I could not afford that high of a insurance payment per month to which she said that the prices rose due to inflation. She suggested that I look around at other companies to prove her point. I did end up finding another Insurance Company that charged me way less than what she stated and I also called her to let her in the company know that I was not renewing with them due to their renewal rates being too high. ****** told me that my account would be refunded the $240. Unfortunately I never received it. I had to go to my bank and Valley dispute to which they gave me $240 credit. March 5th I looked at my bank account and the credit that ********** gave me was reversed due to Urban Insurance claiming that they do not owe me a refund of my $240. I have tried to speak with someone in the office to try to get my money back. On March 5th I did speak with ***** again and let him know what was going on and he told me that he would get back to me once he figures everything out which I don't know what else there is to figure out. I have not heard from them yet. Due to the bank reversing the credit the refund will have to come from Urban insurance themselves. I don't want to file this complaint but I have no choice.
