I took my car in for repairs and on the first initial completion in which they contracted me to pickup I notice new damage on my car I alerted them and left the vehicle for damage to be repaired They contacted me 2 days later saying it was completed It wasnt just painted over a little So I left it again I told them to take their time so what needs to be done & I contacted my insurance (this place was on my insurance list of places to go that they work with)Insurance says to leave it and theyll reach out to see what the hold up and if the next time I pick up and it wasnt finish that they would send me a complaint form to fillout Chicago Autohaus called me again and before I went I ask them in a strict tone are the repairs finished or are you saying it is without checking the lady then came back to tell me that it wasnt I was furious and called insurance Insurance reach out and the owner got involved I ran out of rental time and on the last day I was able to pick my car up Everything was finished but my sensors was off I checked my dash cam and it was a lot of horseplay in my car Reving my engine over and over while in neutral with the car going forward and reving pass the limit to where you can hear the car struggling as if the gear wasnt switched in time 2 of the guys on separate occasions hit my car One hit my car against another car And one scraped the side going into the paint room I called and told the manager about what Ive witnessed and he told me it didnt happen like I didnt have footage I cant upload the video so I uploaded the damage which was fixed but it still cost me time and I would like to be compensated for the horseplay in my vehicle
