I was involved in a hit and run on 10 -6-2022. Called my insurance company to get my claim started I the had to look up repair shops after checking many , no availability in any other shops. I found Eminent online then spoke to the owner. The owner, ********************* towed my vehicle to his shop. I've been patient after a long almost 6 months of week after week with many excuses of problems. No answer to text or calls. Only received calls from the secretary. I have to call every week to get an update. No communication or anything getting solved. Then their blaming the insurance company for after market parts, and COVID for not getting parts back on time. I've checked the reviews on their site. I see some other people have issues as well. A previous customer of ********************' stated,on their online page the insurance company paid them, and his car was sitting 2months in the shop. My vehicle has been there since 10-13-2022 & currently still there, saying it should be ready by Friday. They told State Farm today 3-14-2023. Please help & thanks.Initial Complaint

On July 1st I took my vehicle to eminent auto Rebuilders located at ************************************************** phone number ************. For a simple front end body repair. This consisted of replacing the bumper and front left fender along with the grill. I was told back in mid July that my bumper was on order and that was the only thing holding me from my car from being complete. On August 3rd 2022 I received a voice mail stating that my car would be ready by Monday the 8th of the month. I called today Aug 12th and was told that they would have it ready the 17th of the month. This was a very low impact accident with no frame damage. They told me today that they had to pull out the frame when only the front fender and bumper was damaged. This place has been giving me the run around with several lied for the past 6 to 7 weeks. This place is very unprofessional and acts like I'm bothering them when I call. I rarely call do to my work schedule and just wanting to give them time. I understand that there was a supply issue at one point on time. But this is nothing more than lies and giving me the run around. This place is very unprofessional and needs to be investigated.Initial Complaint

In July 2021 my car was towed to Eminent Auto Rebuilders **************************************************************************************** ************** for repairs. At this time I put a deposit of $4500.00 down. The nature of the dispute is they assured me that they were capable of repairing my ******** **** CLA 250. They committed to provide timely quality service for an estimated amount of $8500.00 to return my car with all repairs and replacement parts installed. The car should have been returned at its optimal appearance and performance. They have had my car 11 months with little to no follow up as it relates to the progress of repairs. I have been given the run around about when my car will be repaired and returned to me. Every time they set a date as it nears they cite another delay. They have already added additional costs in the sum of $1642.55 and trying to add more due to their lack of diagnostic and evaluation of the car prior to accepting and extending a quote for repairs. The business has not tried to resolve the situation, I feel like they are taking advantage of me because I am a woman. I have incurred multiple expenses related to not having my car such as rentals to get to work due to me being a front line worker (Registered Nurse) because I need reliable safe transportation. They have failed to return my car with all replacement parts and repairs in a timely manner, within a reasonable time frame even in light of COVID restrictions and possible related delays. They have failed to provide resolution and the situation has caused me anguish due to looming financial responsibility for services rendered that continue to increase as well as having to rent a car for the last 11 months.Initial Complaint

After my vehicle got a new thermostat, heat was blowing out hot. After 30 minutes it started to blow out cool air. Also the bottom of my steering column is detached, due to mechanic working on fixing thermostat. Shop told me that they can service it in a week. Have not got a call back from shop nor the shop owner after calling several times to owner.
