Hello,The problem is that I took my car for a checkup for two problems. The owner or the manager told me it will cost me $65 for initial checkup, we have agreed on that to check the two problems. After his diagnostic he said you have a problem with your radiator. Then immediately I asked him about my other problem the noises that comes from underneath the car. He said that you need to fix the radiator first before looking at the other problem . He asked for an amount over $500 to fix the radiator . I told him you need to tell me where the noise underneath the car come from.. He told me that he was busy, and to come next week Tuesday at 10:30 AM. So I came Tuesday but then he said he was short on staff and he has only one mechanic working. I looked inside and there were four mechanics working there, I told him I can see 4 mechanics and he said they are only workers. Obviously he doesn't want to look at my car. I would like to have a refund of my $65 that I paid him.
