I received an oil change on 4/24/2023 that resulted in over $500 in repairs as the mechanic neglected to replace the oil cap. I sent an email on 5/3/2023 to the ** and manager of Quick Oil outlining the expenses incurred, and I have reached out countless times by phone in an effort to get in touch with the **, *******************************. He has yet to reach out, and the manager, ******, has promised to send a check to cover most of my costs. Every time I've made a call, ****** has promised a follow up within the day. This never happens as I am always the one reaching out for updates. This process has continued for over 3 weeks now and I still have yet to be reimbursed. I received verbal confirmation that I would receive a check by mail, but that was over a week ago now. Today I reached out and ****** didn't have an update for me. He told me he would reach out once the check was in the mail back when he gave me verbal confirmation that I would be paid. I never received this call. I am simply looking for reimbursement, but all I'm getting is the runaround.
