I ************************* was told by the Manager *** (Capital Auto Finance), with whom I currently have a BBB complaint on file to take my truck (2007 **** F150) to his partners repair shop at Super Auto (*****************************************. ************) and I met the owner named ***. The owner *** informed me that there was an issue with my engine and submitted a claim with the truck AUL warranty company to repair the engine. I followed up with the warranty company due to me still having issues with the trucks engine to learn that the auto repair shop received a payout from the warranty to repair the engine that they never fixed. Super Auto Repair shop fraudulently submitted a repair claim on my behalf, failed to provide receipts, and didnt perform the work. I am requesting a full refund of the amount of $2200 they used from my warranty.
