Tell us why here...That's correct Your vehicle wasn't leaking antifreeze when we serviced the air conditioner nor was the antifreeze leaking when we delivered the vehicle That's correct but it doesn't mean the water pump failed because of us, the water pump started leaking after the a/c service. It is not unusual for the pump to fail after ******* miles in your case your vehicle had around ******* miles. Due to the failure of the water pump the vehicle overheated, our process for this type of failure is to repair any antifreeze leak and then check for any other damage due to overheating, unfortunately the overheating of your vehicle caused damage to the cylinder heads gaskets and as your vehicle also had excessive oil consumption, we decided to recommend the total replacement of the engine. We are very sorry for any misunderstanding; we are here to help our customers as much as possible we know that *********************** can be very expensive and for that reason, we work with companies that offer financing and, on our part, we are willing to offer you some discounts please call us to see how else we can help you.

      Complaint: 22222382

I am rejecting this response because:
The water pump was just replaced on that car a year ago I have receipts from another shop to prove that so that have nothing to do with it. So Im not sure the water pump had anything to do with the car over heating the first time u saying buring oil when I had your shop  change the oil on the car but the problem should have been totally resolved when I bring the car back the second time if the gasket were broken the first time the car was not properly diagnosed
      Sincerely,

I paid for suspension work to be done. I had a warranty from the shop that I exercise on four occasions to no avail. I reported to them that my vehicle was bouncy and was not stabilized as a result of the faulty suspension work that they did. I went to a Chrysler dealership to have a full inspection done. I have the report which states that the vehicle still had suspension problems and the suspension parts needed to be replaced the struts and springs. Springmaster actually replaced one of the back struts with a faulty replacement strut. I was only able to become aware of this when another shop raise my vehicle and showed me. I took the vehicle back and asked for the owner. The owner informed me that that would be replaced. This issue has caused me considerable amount of gas to be utilized because of the bad trucks and springs the auto shop in the vehicle. They did bad work to my vehicle. They did not use brand new parts. They replace one strut with a used strut. This only came to my knowledge because I went to another shop. Please help me resolve this matter. It has been very costly for me.

*** spent **** dollars within three months and two separate visits with springmasters, Ive taken my car in with concerns because of an oil leak, which was never fixed and is still currently leaking. They recommended repairs and I allowed them to make repairs on the vehicle, my first visit I drove my car for two days and I had to have it towed back because the car stopped while driving and produce a fire under the hood due to the engine being hot. After that repair they recommended getting my engine replaced with a rebuilt engine I agreed. I drove the car for a week and maybe two days, it still leaked oil and my transmission went out as well. I demand for this business to refund me for my money and time without my vehicle and to be fined for not disclosing other repairs needed or recommending unnecessary repairs no one that has to put their trust in a mechanic should have to deal with these discrepancies.

I took my vehicle on Monday because my car would not stay on when I hit the brakes and power switch. They called me on Tuesday saying that they had to do a deeper look it was going to be $340.00. On Wednesday they called me saying that it was a ipdn module is damaged because it was not sending power to the starter and they wanted to charge me $2,100 to fix the problem so I told him no that I was picking up the car and how is that diagnosis true because my car was starting with the remote. After that I Googled what they told me was the problem and it indicated there was a recall on my car that was relating to what was going on my car so then I took my car to ****** the dealer and the problem was happening over a recall on a STP switch. They misdiagnosed my car and was trying to charge me $2,100 for a problem that did not exist. When I was at ****** the dealership told me that when I took my car there they should have looked up and seen my car had recalls for a similar problem instead of charging me the $340 I took it to the dealership the same day and got my car back in 2 hours problem fixed cost me $0 I have attached the paperwork and the receipts from ************** and from ****** showing misdiagnosed my car
