"Don't let the 4.8 ****** star reviews fool you!" They are scammers!! I was scheduled for my car to be transported and they rescheduled (only four hours before) on the day of my pick up. Which caused a huge inconvenience. On top of that, they doubled the agreed upon amount that we originally discussed. To make matters worse, refused to refund me the deposit that I made because I had to cancel business with them. Worst car shipping company ever! Don't do it!

This company is a scam and I would stay away. I contracted with them to move a vehicle from AZ to ** a month in advance. The day of pick up they said they could not do it and then asked for additional money to ship the car. It's a scam, they quote you a price, then wait till the day of pick up when you don't have any other options and then they **** the price. Plenty of good and honest transporters out there and this is not one of them. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company as they will try and rip you off.

My situation is very similar to other's here who have had a negative experience. Totally unprofessional company. I live in ** and had purchased a vehicle from a dealership in ************* in early January. I (unfortunately) contacted National Carship, because their price ($300) was the best. After getting a text from ******, who confirmed the $300 price (Exhibit A), I was instructed to provide a $100 deposit to secure said price. After making the deposit through Paypal (the best decision I made), I promptly received an email from ******, which included an invoice showing the $100 deposit AND the $200 remaining balance (Exhibit B), to be paid upon delivery of the vehicle. The car was supposed to be picked up on a Thursday, but I received a text stating it would now be Friday. As I'm driving home from work, I get a phone call from ******. He tells me, seemingly with a straight face, that my car will be picked up tomorrow and that I'll "only" have to pay $400 to satisfy the remaining balance. I said, "I'm sorry but what happened to $300 total?", to which he just kept telling me they're only a broker, they don't determine the actual price. Also, according to him, they had limited drivers and couldn't get out to ** right away. I told those sounded like National Carship problems, not mine. At that time I requested a refund, but was instead continually given the runaround. I ended up filing a complaint via Paypal. I got my deposit back and drove to ** and picked up the car myself. To those who have had a good experience with these crooks, I guess luck was on your side that day. ****** sounds and acts like a used car salesman over the phone and seemed confused that I was annoyed at the bump in price. Of course an email to the company asking for a refund was never returned. I'm not sure if all these transport companies are shady middlemen and brokers, but I'd never contact one again after this experience.

Was a smooth and easy process from start to finish. I had no trouble working with them.

Very unprofessional. ****** tells you what you want to hear to get your business. Original started at $450, then $600, then $650, then $700. Started at 2 days, then 3, then 4, then 5, then 6, etc…he pawns you off on drivers and doesn’t take responsibility as a broker. He will tell u hes just the broker and for you to call the driver. Do not hire!!!!! Save the headache! I had to report me car stolen to the police because Thomas kept givn me the runaround for 6 days!

Great service, picked my car up same day, price was what I was quoted, car delivered on time and we were very happy. Will definitely use again. Very professional ??

SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT! They quote a low price then "loose" drivers so they can increase the price. Extremely lacking in communication. Signed contracts mean nothing to them. Not sure how they are still in business or how there are any positive reviews.
