  Overall a good value for the service but I was quite frustrated with driver and how difficult he was to work with. When I met the driver he spoke zero English until it was time to ask me for a tip. I hadnt planned on tipping as I was paying a large amount of money to transport the vehicle. Just to be nice I went ahead and gave him $20 so he would get on with the job. What really got to me is that when he dropped the car off he again asked my son for a tip. My son is a 19-year-old serving our country in the Marines and is not making much money at all. My son actually offered him $50 for a tip and then the driver asked for more and wouldnt stop until my son gave him $100. Clearly he was exploiting my son's youth and kindness. It was bad enough that I couldnt communicate anything to the driver due to the heavy language barrier, but somehow he could ask for that tip real well. Also, it would've been nice to get a better estimate of arrival with more advance warning. The driver was 1-day early from the estimated time but no one reached out until he was 30-minutes from the destination. Fortunately my son was in a spot to be able to meet but with that little notice it could've been an issue.

  DO NOT!!!! use this company. They give you a cheap quote but have no intentions of picking up your car for that price. They guaranteed a price and pick up date for my 80 plus year old parents and never came. I called every day and they always said tomorrow and had an excuse of why is was delayed. They finally called and said they can pick it up but need $300 more which I declined. I was forced to find a different carrier after a week of getting the same bs story. They are a complete scam!!!!!!

  Horrible experience and lies just to get my money. Was promised that I would have my car dropped off by 7:30 pm, and hour before my car was supposed to be dropped off I get a text from the company they hired saying there is a weight issue and my car is delayed til the following day. I spent hours on hold trying to get in touch with someone. I finally did and they tell me a supervisor will call me, which never did.

  Do not waste your time or money on this fraudulent company as they do not even remotely come close to delivering on any of their promises.I originally called Nexus Auto Transport for an enclosed car shipment from the *********** to ******* on April 9, 2025. I requested pickup dates of April 21st or 22nd, which the salesperson said would be no problem.The company provided no updates or communications around the status of our shipment and I had to call them multiple times to get any information. All they tell you is that "we're working on getting a driver" and they claim they will call me back with an update but they never do and I have to keep following ***** I'm writing this review, it is April 23rd and the company failed to meet their pickup window as they originally promised. They are still "searching for a driver" and are using every excuse in the book except for actually taking any accountability for their failure to deliver on their promise to me as a customer.Despite multiple manager assurances I would have a driver ready to pick up my order, I still do not have one.This company should not be in business. Do not ever consider them for car shipment.*Since writing the original review, the company pulled a bait and switch by offering to pick up the car (3 days after the pickup window we agreed to) for $300 more than what we agreed to.*

  I didn't actually use Nexus as my transport company. I called to get a quote and never agreed to anything but they immediately added my information to their job board and created an order for my car to be transported. I wouldn't have even known this until I called other companies to get quotes and was told that I already had an order in place to have my car transported by Nexus. This was one of the reasons I chose not to use them. I felt that they were too pushy.

  After searching many auto transports, we chose Nexus. With being an accredited company, we chose Nexus. Spoke with a gentleman name **** and he was very helpful and explained the process clearly. This is our first experience purchasing a car from afar and having it shipped. It was a smooth process and could not be happier with Fastex and the driver. Car arrived on time and in perfect condition. Give both companies five stars.

  Driver picked up car within one day of bring available. He coordinated pickup and drop off and maintained his anticipated schedule. The car actually arrived 1 Day early. The car arrived in excellent condition. I highly recommend Nexus Auto Transport.

  the nexus representative expedited my shipment when I cancelled my original carrier (my original carrier was not providing any pick up information and rude when I inquired). The driver was very professional and communicated with me on all necessary aspects of the trip, such as where and when he would pick -up, deliver, etc.

  I was super pleased with the Nexus company from the first contact person ( *****) who scheduled my car to be transported and explained all the details, he was courteous and knowledgeable, to the young gentleman that arrived to transport my car all the way to ********* from **** ,he was pleasant, arrived on time, communicated via text and totally efficient. The cost was reasonable and I would highly recommend this company . Thank you so much.
