Had an excellent experience with them. Car broke down out of state. Had to get a rental car home. Set up payment and pickup via phone. Wasn't even there when it was picked up at one shop and dropped at the next. Quoted me a fair price as well. Extremely pleased with their professionalism. Nexus had my shipment assigned in one day and informed me of the driver. Shipment was delivered safely with no damages. They kept me posted and reached out to see how things went at the end. I will definitely use them again for my next auto shipment.Review from Debra M

They were a great service to use for your car transport needs. Everything was explained up front as far as pricing and finding a driver. No hidden costs or fees upon car arrival. Terrible **mpany to deal with. Booked my transport over a month ago. Their customer service reps kept telling me that everything was all set - even though a week prior they were not able to get it scheduled with a carrier. The day of pickup it was still not scheduled. They finally found a transport ** but told me it was going to **st $500 more than their original quote and that we needed cash that the transport ** would not accept credit card payment. I told them to book it because we were moving and had to get the the truck moved. Fraudalent ** - bait & switch tactics and just an overall poor performing **mpany. They must pay for their positive reviews because I cannot imagine they they ever get a positive review if this is the way they operate. Stay far away and use a transport ** that does not use third party carriers.Review from Ramesh S

This was the smoothest and easiest time I had shipping my car across the country. They were communicative and responsive leading up to the pickup. They picked the car up promptly on the assigned day, and advised it would take 5-7 days to get it to the destination. Along the way, they let me know how the drive was going, and exactly five days later the car showed up in front of the house. The price quoted was the price I paid and I didn't have to worry about getting surprise fees upon delivery. They were even accommodating to me putting things in the back of the car which was so helpful and most car carriers won't do that.Review from Dewayne W
