  My experience with Nexus Auto transport was top notch. From the time I requested the transport to the actual pick up and delivery, I was kept informed. The driver was prompt, polite and personable - a pleasure to work with. I will (and have) recommended this company to others. And for the record, this is not the first transport company we have used therefore we can make a very legitimate comparison! They keep their promises!

  It was my first time shipping a car. I had it shipped from southern ********** to **********, **. I choose the least expensive method, open container with no specific pickup date. I was lucky that a slot was available. The car was pickup the next day, Wednesday, and it arrived on Sunday. It arrived in good shape and the cost was $1175 total.

  Nexus Auto Transport is a top not h business. They were courteous and helpful from the first phone call until the delivery of my vehicle. They offered fair pricing and stuck to their quote. The driver, ********* was extremely polite and made sure the pick up and delivery was perfect. He even followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommended.

  I can't believe I finally found a reliable auto tranportation company to go to! Working with ********* at Nexus Auto Transport was a seamless process from his returned call with very thorough detail instruction and to **** the driver who picked up my car. I was told it would be a 2-3 day window but they actually picked up my car on the day I requested with proper night before notice. The driver kept in touch with his eta and the exchange was not more than 10 minutes. My car showed up the next day with the same quick exchange of final payment. I highly recommend Nexus Auto Transport for your car tranportation and to anyone that expects A+ customer service, smooth process, decently priced and positiive outcome.

  The price quoted was exactly what I was charged, unlike some other carriers. The service was outstanding! My car was picked up on the first day I requested and delivered on the exact day I requested. I highly recommend Nexus!

  Id never used an auto-shipping service, but had to get our old car to my sister-in-law. After doing some research, I came upon a troubling problem. These services are brokers who contract with the actual transporters, and often won't give you the "real" price until after the car is delivered. Researching Nexus specifically, I discovered 1) it was Forbes' top-rated auto-shipping service, 2) BBB rated it A+ (or whatever), and 3) I couldn't find any complaints. One comment noted that Nexus was more expensive, but was worth it for the peace of mind and quality of service. One specific comment was that once they quote you a firm price, that is the price, including insurance. No surprises. I used their website to request a quote, and got one with the phone number of one of their agents. She gave me a quote for one of their service packages. Although it was a bit more than the website quote, she noted that it was firm and all-inclusive. It was also in-line with what other services were quoting. Part of the fee I paid Nexus by credit card, and the remainder I paid after delivery, directly to the driver by *****.The day after I committed to the service, the drivers company reached out to me and gave me a 2-hour window when he would arrive. Towards the close of that window, he called from our cul-de-sac (we have a long driveway not suitable for a car-carrier). I drove down and was pleased to see that his transport already had two new cars on it from a local dealer, demonstrating that he was a credible auto transporter and not just some guy with a flatbed or tow truck. He was also pleasant and professional. He told me when he expected to arrive the next day at my sister-in-laws, and he showed up there on time. The streets were too narrow to get his transport to her house, so he parked where he could and drove the car to her house and had her drop him off. No problems.All-in-all, this was a totally painless, surprise-free experience, and I would do it again.

  Nexus was great! They were prompt, courteous and professional. They were also more affordable than other carriers I priced. I am going to use them again for my other vehicle!
