    I called Nuxus Auto Transport on a Monday to have a golf cart transported from ************* to ************* and had my cart by WEDNESDAY. The transporter was so professional and everything was great with my golf cart. Id definitely recommend using them again!

    Amazing. Thats just really what I can say. The driver was absolutely amazing. I could message at any time of day or night and he responded immediately. My truck got towed NM to ** and within 2 days super fast!!

    The price was competitive with others I had received. They picked up on day 2 of the pick up window which was great. Shipping was fast and they delivered from ******* to ********** in only 4 days. My car was in perfect shape! I highly recommend Nexus Auto Transport to anyone wanting a safe and dependable auto transport.

    We placed an order May 6 for shipping a car June 30. We received confirmation. The week prior to the ship date, we followed up twice. On the day shipping was supposed to occur, we called because we did not have a pick up window yet. They said they had no carrier available yet. They would call back in a hour. We did not receive a call back so we called for an update. They did not have a carrier still. It seems Nexus did not even begin working on our order until the day of pick up. They called back several hours later and offered for puck up if we paid $250 more than originally agreed upon. They offered pick up 2 days late which would've meant we had to rent a car until the car would arrive. The next day they called with a carrier but we had to start driving to arrive in time. We do not recommend booking with this company and cannot believe they have an A+ rating with the BBB since we would rate them an F.

    I was extremely pleased with the price and delivery of my car by ************************* car was picked up and dropped off as scheduled.     I had never had to use a car transport company but Nexus Auto Transport made it all go so professionally smooth. *** was always communicating the day to day process. The driver, ****, was very professional and considerate in letting me know what time they would be arriving and delivered my daughters car in great condition. I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. I will definitely use them again if I ever need a car transported! Thank you for helping my daughter and me feel at ease throughout the whole process!!!

    Contracting with Nexus has been bar none of the worst experiences we have gone through in awhile! Cons: near zero communication and when they do communicate it's aggressive, zero accountability, and poor resolution. We shipped 2 vehicles with ****** and their contractor from ****** to ** with zero problems. It was perfect! Somehow Nexus couldn't accomplish PNW to FL without major issues! Nexus lied to us from go. There were many lies, we had to constantly call for updates, delays, aggressive call center ***** and an extremely dissatisfied delivery. The vehicle was delivered in the evening (poor lighting), delivered in the middle of oncoming traffic, the drivers refused to let us inspect the vehicle, they knew they damaged it and still demanded a tip, and then made getting repairs a nightmare. At first they claimed they only caused 1 of the damages to the top antenna but wouldn't accept responsibility for the roof rack. Then they insisted we takes days off work and get 3 quotes. The entire situation has been a nightmare. We send scans of docs and they claim they can't read it to cause further delays. They won't pay for a rental while the vehicle is repaired. Zero out of 10 recommend. When Nexus finally takes a slim notice of their fault they send a stupid restaurant gift card. Seriously? I paid you money! Just refund me! But they buy these $100 cards for $20 so it costs them near nothing to look like they care. Don't be fooled. This company does NOT care about you or your car!
