I TEXT THIS TO THE OWNER, HE NEVER REPLY BACK.Good morning, My husband took the infinity truck to your shop not sure what date 2023, I dont have my paper with me but it was in 2023. You told him the cost for the repair is ******** to rebuild/replace the transmissions. We returned to the shop that following Saturday, I gave the lady at the desk ******** in cash, you stated that you cannot start until we put half down on the repairs job. You returned the infinity in December 2023 and I ***** you the remaining of the cost of the repairing ********. When I drove the infinity truck it was making loud noise, so I brought it back to you. The truck was returned to me after Christmas. I took it to ********** on 2/22/2024 because a light was showing, on the dash board and it was pulling. The worker at *************** stated that the transmission is skipping/pulling which is danger to drive, so I brought it back to your shop 2/22/2024. My infinity been in your shop since 2/22/2024, which you refused to retuned my husband or my call. If my husband or I call you, sometimes you will answer or you will say Ill call you back let me check on it, you never call us back. I talked to one of your workers Saturday June 22, 2034 he stated that you said you on your way, never call/talked to us that day. You dont answer our call (cellphone) at all now or the when we call the shop. My husband and I noticed the infinity truck been sitting outside with the hood up since you had the truck. We noticed theres a lot of rust spots in and outside the truck and theres lots of parts to the truck is on the ground and inside the truck. Will you please reach out to my husband or I we need to know what the status with the truck. Picture was taken. If there a problem or you cant fix the infinity truck, we can take it somewhere else this is not the first time you heard this. Please put all the parts back in so we can take the infinity truck somewhere else. ASAP Thank youInitial Complaint

Paid on April 8 and still has not finished job. Is painting it and fixing door. Has had to pick up 2 times and still not finished.
