I paid to get body sculpting the package included wood therapy to my back my stomach and a **** plump. When it came time for the **** plump the technican forgot about that service so it felt rushed and the suction cups felt loose i even mentioned to the tech that the cups were falling and i couldn't feel anything she said some people say it hurts and i said well i dont even feel anything sure enough when i stood up she took before and after pics and she sent to me and you can see the difference on the back and the stomach but the **** she didnt send me any of the back **** area because she knows it didnt work the machine must have not been on. Every person who got the treatment even after the first session has red marks or circle marks from the suctioning of the cups after and i had neither. Also they advertise on their instagram that you would feel minimal pain which i didnt have anything not even a little pressure. I complained the same day and the technican failed to respond to my messages until a couple days later saying that she had the cups on the highest intensity and that they dont do refunds i asked for a refund on the but plump portion i tried to contact the owner but was told she is at the hospital giving birth im not getting anywhere which the company or the technician who is lying and not wanting to help at all. I want my money back why is it that she didnt send me the before and after of the **** area because there was no difference the machine was not on. I am attaching 2 pics the one in red ******* shows the results and marks after the 1st session and the other pic is mine she couldnt even send me pics of the bull **** area but clearly u can see there is no red or circle marks i even asked for the service to be done again if they cant do a refund and theu rejected that option as well
