On April 14, 2023, I placed an online order with Webplusbeauty for 4 cans of hair freshener. The total cost was $18.06. Order #WPB-61696 On or around April 24, 2023, I called their customer service number *************) and after several attempts, someone picked up the phone (he didnt identify himself nor the business). I asked about the status of my order. He said it would arrive in 3 days. He asked if I wanted a refund or to wait 3 days. I said I would wait.On April 30,2023, I received an email from ******* stating that their shipping problem would be back to normal by May 1. I am still awaiting for my product but would prefer a refund instead.Business response

Your order has been cancelled and the refund was issued on May 6.
The cancellation email is automatically posted through Yahoo store system.
