      I paid Queens Closet $600 for the venue package deal to have a baby shower at her Venus * I paid her on October 21 ***** stating it was for my baby shower for October 22***** * She stated through ******** messenger that she got it and I received a receipt from her company also * 3:00 am the day of my babyshower she cancel on me and said she was going to refund me * She never sent my refund I had to go through a dispute with my bank which she sent information causing me to lose my dispute* She stated she never received the money * Today I got in contact about my money she stated I was refunded back * I told her Im on the phone right now with my bank they said nothing was refunded* Then she stated she never received the funds * I have proof of receipts and email from Queen Closets*

      ************************************* booked my venue for a babyshower and was canceled due to a miscommunication on my end. Her payment method was Shop Pay. I reached out, apologized for my mistake and offered her a full refund. When attempting to fulfill the refund I was notified that I could not process one for her. I then informed her that I will send her a full refund once the funds were deposited on 10/25/2022. On this day funds were NOT deposit into my account. I reached out to her on October 25, 2022 to follow up on her refund and she informed me that she never received her money. I then informed her that the funds  never deposited and encouraged her to *** h out directly to Shop Pay. She then submitted a false dispute through her financial institution stating that the funds were received. I then submitted proof to her financial institution showing that the funds never deposited into my account. This dispute was resolved in my favor on December 6, 2022. Today January 28, 2023 she submitted yet another false complaint to Shopify and I responded informing her of the evidence that I submitted showing that no funds were ever deposited. It appears that *********************** is upset that her false claims are not receiving the feedback as expected so now here we are. Attached are the exact same screenshots that uploaded to her false bank dispute claim. *** also attached our interaction which shows me reaching out to her in regards to this matter seeing that the inconvenience was due to a miscommunication on my end for her booking.

      I am rejecting this response because:The owner stated it was miscommunication , which is not true . In the screenshot I provided I clearly stated the date and the time I need the ***** for my baby shower. The owner replied and said she was open and you can she that I ask I thought you was book? The owner comment she was open to do it that someone cancel , so the miscommunication was a lie she knew what time I needed. She never provided documents after I sent money which she told me she was instead the next time I heard from her was 3:00 am the day of my babyshower her canceling on me. That was very unprofessional and mess up at special moment. She stated that Shop Pay refunded me , which is not true I email Shop Pay and Shop Pay said they is not responsible for transactions , holds or anything they is use more as a receipt as stated in the last paragraph of the email . That i need to get in contact with the store and my bank ,which I lost the dispute because she lied and said I receieved a refund through Shop Pay which in the email from Shop Pay you will see that is not true . Shop Pay also said the owner need to provide ARN  Acquirer Reference Number which will tell where the money went . Owner never provided it as stated never got my $600 back.

      As stated previously the money was never received and I have provided proof of this in the form a screenshot of my business bank account. If I didnt receive the money there is nothing I can do to satisfy this customer. *** apologized for the miscommunication on my end however constantly sending false reports due to being upset from a dispute from October is not going to resolve anything. The bank returned funds back to my account due to me never receiving the funds in the first place. No bank will return funds to a merchant that is not rightfully owed. They completed their investigation and clearly saw for themselves that I never received the money.

      I am rejecting this response because:HOW IM MAKE A FRAUD COMPLAINT ??YOU SAID I WAS REFUNDED THROUGH SHOP PAY . I JUST SENT PROOF THAT SHOP PAY DONT EVEN DO RETURN. THE ONLY WAY YOU WON THE DISPUTE BECAUSE MY BANK KNEW NOTHING ABOUT SHOP PAY , BUT I JUST SENT THEM THE ***** FROM SHOP PAY THAT I WAS NOT REFUNDED FOR MY PROOF . IT I SENT YOU THE MONEY I DID MY PART AS A CUSTOMER THATS BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR BANK WHY IT DIDNT DEPOSIT BUT MONEY WAS TOOKING OUT MY ACCOUNT THAT I NEVER RECEIVE BACK . NOW YOU SAYING THE MONEY WAS RETURNED BACK TO YOU . ***** YOU DID NOT RECEIVE IT , THEN I WAS SUPPOSE GOT PAID THROUGH SHOP PAY AND I JUST SENT PROOF THAT SHOP PAY DONT DO REFUND . WHERE IS THE *** TO TRACK THE MONEY ???? PLEASE PROVIDE THE MAIN PROOF NEEDED,CAUSE I PROVIDED EVER PROOF THAT I NEVER GOT THE MONEY AND STILL CLAIMING FRAUD . HOW ???
