    On 9/20/2023 our corporate credit card was used to purchase something at this establishment. I have furnished all information within the credit card receipt and asked for an itemized receipt through email with no results. I have searched the company and called every number I could find and no one answers their phone or returns calls. I need a receipt that shows what was purchased! Check number 206 Server ***** - Vesselin, on 9/20/2023 at 2 PM, and the last 4 of the cc is **** and *************************** was the purchaser.

    I visited a restaurant in the ******************** on Friday July 14, 2023 around 1 PM and want to report a Bait and Switch situation that happened to me. I ordered a Pizza at the Goose Island Brewery at Terminal B and the price on the menu is NOT what they tried to charge me. The *************** was $12.99 on the menu and they wanted my credit card before I was ever served. The check came to more than $23 ! I had a bottle of soda but I knew that wasn't 12 bucks. The waitress said the price on the menu was incorrect but I was charged the correct amount. I asked got the menu and clearly saw the price of $12.99 - I then took my credit card receipt and crossed off the incorrect price and wrote in the corrected price for the pizza and added what I felt was a fair amount for the bottle of soda and even added a gratuity but the waitress didn't have a clue what to do and she summonsed the manager. The manager came over and told me the amount I was charged was the proper amount and he too admitted the menu price was incorrect. I told him that I would NOT do any business with an establishment that engages in Bait and Switch and I took my credit card and the receipt and walked out - never having received my pizza. Reaching out to my Discover Card an agent said I would not be responsible for any charges. I bet there are hundreds or thousands of people who are being swindled daily at this establishment and because of the hustle and bustle of the gate area most probably do not even look at their receipts and chalk it up to Airport Prices - which are already too inflated and that could be a whole other complaint.I hope someone can look into this and bring them to compliance. I think an audit of their charges is in order and refunds to peoples credit cards is needed. In my home state there are laws about bait and switch - I trust there must be similar laws in ********.
