On 9/20/2023 our corporate credit card was used to purchase something at this establishment. I have furnished all information within the credit card receipt and asked for an itemized receipt through email with no results. I have searched the company and called every number I could find and no one answers their phone or returns calls. I need a receipt that shows what was purchased! Check number 206 Server ***** - Vesselin, on 9/20/2023 at 2 PM, and the last 4 of the cc is **** and *************************** was the purchaser.Business response

Hello BBB,
I'm ***********************************, the General Manager of the Goose Island Taproom at ********************************** I responded to this complaint when I first received it in October. There was no record of her receipt in our system, so I called and spoke with ****. She informed me that this transaction occurred at the ******************** airport, which is a separate business from the Taproom here on ****** St. I have attached screenshots from my personal phone of records of the call. Unfortunately, she would need to get ahold of someone at the airport location to get that receipt, but we do not have any contact with them here at the Goose Island Taproom. I understand her concern and frustration, but this is not a complaint about the Taproom and should not go against our BBB score.
