I purchased the cooler, ************** dispensing machine, and after having it for about a month, it overheated for no reason and come busted into flames while I was upstairs sleeping with my son. I awoke to the fire alarm ringing, and when I ran down the stairs, my living room was on fire, I have tried to contact the company and Amazon has also tried to contact the company but they never answer the phone now I have damage is tomorrow wall my floor the equipment obviously is a total loss, my surge, protector, and PTSD from just thinking about sleeping and waking up to my living room on fire. If I had gotten down the stairs a couple minutes later, me and my son will probably be dead .Business response

* A copy of your Amazon invoice for the model CVF18 vending fridge.
* Fire Report from the Fire Department.
* 1 to 2 Estimates for the Repairs that have to be completed.
* Any images that pertain to the damages that you have not included.
Do you have the burnt CVF18 vending fridge in your possession still or was it disposed of? If you still have the burnt vending fridge and cords along with the power strip we would require them to be returned to our warehouse for inspection. We may send a pre-paid return label to your email address so that you may return the items for inspection. Do you own the property that was damaged or are you renting the property? Do you have *************** Please provide all requested information make sure you **** the email response with Attention: **** and CC: **************************** so that I may assist you in a timely manner. Once we have received all requested information and all details have been reviewed we would provide a resolution and notify you.
