      Subscribed to B1G+ monthly subscription to watch/stream a few Iowa Hawkeye women's basketball games. Do not need it any longer. Have tried to cancel for a couple of months. The website support site is nothing more than a virtual assistant. It keeps circling back to their easy to follow instructions to cancel. They are not easy. No unsubscribe option can be found. When I am logged in, it even says I DO NOT have an active subscription. However, we continued to get charged $10.65 per month. Cannot find a phone number to call and cannot get a response online other than the virtual response which is not helpful. Called our bank and they gave me a phone number associated with the automatic debit but when called it said the number is no longer in service. ****** suggested canceling my debit card to stop the charges but that would affect many other automatic debits we have set up which would be a lot of work on our end. I do not give them permission to continue charging us but we cannot stop it. If I could I would give them zero out of five stars. We want a refund AND we want the charges to discontinue.

      In summary, the customer complaint indicated they were unable to concel their subscription to B1G+ via the self-sevice cancellation button on our website.  Our customer service department reached out to the customer and resolved the complaint to customer's satisfaction -- including (a) help with cancellation and (b) a refund for the desired amount ($21.30) for the subscription renewals they did not intend to purchase.

      This is a general complaint directed at the Big 10 Network and it's incessant efforts to make more money. Their trend towards streaming sporting events follows many other such initiatives these days. I pay for a wide variety of sports channels thru **** Uverse. In years past I could watch many Big 10 sports on Big 10 Network and alternate feeds. Now, this no longer exists. Prime sports feeds require subscription to Big 10+. This is not going to happen.And the inability to lodge complaints directly to Big 10 Network frustrates me even more.This streaming trend has gotten completely out of hand and the Big 10 Network knows it. To that end, I say good-bye. I am a 1979 ***** grad but will no longer support my **** mater.The Big 10 Network frustrates me to no end. Volleyball and wrestling is not what I pay for. Prime hockey events are now only available on Big10+ so I am done. The Big 10 views itself as the *********************** of the sportsworld.....all talk and no substance as long as they make money. I'm ashamed to be a grad of such an organization.

Our customer service department reached out to the customer as soon as we became aware of the customer's complaint -- on or before November 10th. Our service department resolved the customer's complaint to customer's satisfaction and provided the technical advice needed to log in.

      I signed up for this service in November of 22. When I did so I was billed twice for the same month. When I tried to get a refund I was told they could not refund it because it was through a third party. I havent watch it since November but tried to today and it buffered out constantly and took 2 hours to view a one and a half hour game. It is total garbage.

      I have tried multiple times to cancel my subscription to Big 10 Plus and its virtually impossible! There is NO phone number. There is no way to cancel on the big 10 website it ****** the company they contract with. I tried to create an account they said I already have an account. I put in my username and it says its invalid. They are charging my account each month. My bank wont stop it unless I get a new debit card.Worst companies in the world! They are committing fraud by charging my account and that there is no way to contact them. Im going to send them an invoice for $2,000 dollars for my time so far and the money is adding up!

      In October or November I noticed a strange charge on my credit card entitled B1G.****** ********* ***. After reviewing my statement found the charge started in February. I searched online to see where the charge originated and then contacted BTN through chat which was only option. The rep credited me for the current or next month and cancelled my subscription. I requested a refund going back to February and she indicated I would receive a status update through email. The email never came. This subscription was bogus---we never used nor subscribed. This should be easily verifiable by them. We are due a refund of $89.55

      On 08/08/22 I signed up for a one-year viewing subscription to allow me to watch all Wisconsin Badger Athletics under a Big Ten + ********* Badgers membership. I was charged the rate of $84.35 for the 12-month subscription. The subscription/membership was charged under the details B1G+.CLEENG with an associated phone number of ************. Then on the evening of 12/08/22 I attempted to log in under my subscription membership to watch the ********* Badger women's basketball game but had some difficulty with that connection. After some time and attempts I gave up and went to different TV programming.Then on December 15th 2022 I went to review and balance my credit card charges and noticed that there was a new and unauthorized charge of the same $84.35. It was again listed under B1G+.CLEENG and same phone number of ************. I tried calling that phone number numerous times and it goes to voicemail. The voicemail seems unusual as it does not seem to match the business name or company name in the greeting (?).I have received this unauthorized billing charge of $84.35 under the same details as with the correct charge going back to August of 2022 but yet have no one to contact to dispute these unauthorized charges this time! I'm at a loss and really need help. The reason they had a credit card to make this unauthorized charge was there was my credit card on file for when the original membership would be renewed automatically in August of 2023 after the original August 2022 membership subscription expired.I am in desperate need of assistance in this manner.Thanks,******************************* ******************* Cell: ************

      I purchased the Big Ten Network plus package on September 8, 2022 for $120 a year. The package stated I would be able to view ANY live Big Ten Games and it did not make it clear live football games were not available. I tried to contact the Big Ten Network and they make this virtually impossible. As of today, I tried a chat and email to discuss this issue. I have even tried calling but not sure the number will lead to a call back. Their information regarding packages is very misleading. All I want is my money back because this is a product I am unable to use. I would really appreciate your assistance with this issue. Thank you.

      I subscribed to the school pass to watch the *** vs Arkansas game and after I paid for the subscription the game was nowhere. After I contacted the Customer rep, I was told the only way to watch the game was through Fox sports. I did not see any of this information when I was subscribing. I asked the customer representative to cancel the subscription because if I cant watch the game now, the app is useless and asked him for a refund at which point I was told I was not getting a refund because is a new subscription and not a renewal. The subscriptions did not last 30 minutes and I am being charge **** for a month even though they known I have no intention of using this app because it is of no use to me if I cant watch Live games. I am asking for a refund and for this company to be more transparent by letting people know before they subscribe that the subscription does not allow to watch live events.

      I opened two accounts by mistake. I cannot login to the account. I am being billed to credit cards for both accounts and cannot use them. I emailed Big Ten Plus and the email was acknowledged but nothing was done. I cannot find a **************** phone number. One credit card agreed to block the monthly charge but the other card would not. I would like to be able to speak with someone on the phone at Big Ten Network to resolve this issue.
