    This is a total scam! They charge over $25 for a candle and you get a microscopic "diamond " rhinestone in a bag with a QR code that won't scan. DO NOT BUY TOTAL RIP OFF

    Place an order for 3 candles during a Mothers Day sell on Instagram that was supposed to include free shipping and a free gift. Upon checkout I noticed no box for promo code, so after placing order I sent a message through Instagram explaining what happened, no reply. Two emails later and an honest response on Instagram under one of their posts and I was told sorry, they only received one email, I didnt fill in boxes for promos and they blocked me on Instagram.

    This may seem *****, but I like it when a business stands behind their services. I ordered a bunch of candles to gift my wife, shipping was stated as 2-5 business days, and I had to pay for regular shipping. They didnt ship the items until day 5, so far its day 9 I didnt it yet. Needless to say the gifts are late. When I asked about status and why the delay, I also reasonably requested shipping fee to be voided (purchase was well over 100$).They offered me a discount, assuming that Ill be purchasing ever again. Thats just disappointing for a business to not own their own words.

    They ******* me, I tried to contact them, they made a fake shipping label and then never sent it and then blocked me from any way of reaching them. This is 110% a *****

    So I purchased 2 candles with double diamonds in each candle and both candle only had one diamond in each which I paid extra for the double. Will never order from there again. Very deceitful.

    Ordered valentines day gifts several weeks ago, no order shipping information has been updated and no responses from their customer service email. I'm now filing a claim for refund through my bank account, avoid company!

    Do not buy from them. What they send you is not worth it. They make you believe you're going to get something worth wild. In reality the diamond you get looks like a grain of salt. You can't even tell it's a diamond at first. I was like *** is this... I was mad. You're better off just buying a diamond necklace than to spend your money on a candle that hardly has any scent and a diamond you can hardly see.
