The management simply doesnt care about their employees or customers. They simply dont know what the customer needs are, fail to fully protect their female employees from harassment, close minded to change and adaptability, force employees to work in areas that make their employees feel uncomfortable, they have the ability to take points off if someone was late because they couldnt get through the doors and clock in on time (but refuse to do so), they under staff the store during the busiest times of the day, massively play favoritism, and tell their employees not to use the mobile app to clock in. The only good thing was the discount. This is by far the worst company Ive ever had the displeasure of working for in 25 years of my working career. If they dont change their business practices, within the next 2-5 years their Rise locations will surely fail.

**************, received text confirmation my order was prepared. Halfway in my drive to **************, I get a text saying they don't have my full order. Apparently, the first text was not honest and they should not have sent the first text to begin with. April 20, 2022 **************, Rise fails to note that veterans discount will not stack with the sale as they had previously done in the past for me (Veterans discount). Nowhere, not even on my receipt or order confirmation page did it mention the veterans discount would not stack. Two bud tenders agreed that I do get the veterans discount and then the manager steps in and said no.May 5, ********************************, arrived at store at 9:15 AM to pick up the previous nights order. Arrived to find 3 to 4 employees outside talking. Security guard approaches me and tells me their system is down and it could take minutes to hours to come back on. I hear employees say other stores are able to make purchases through laptops. ********** made no attempt to send out a mass text or contact myself to alert me they were closed and that my order was unable to be picked up. Overheard that other Rise stores were not having issues but ********** is completely unprepared for easily foreseeable problems. Took a loss in gas money in a half hour to forty minute drive there and back.********* again, disabled parking spots taken up by people without disabled parking placards or disabled license plates. Had to ask a lady to move her unmarked car out of disabled spot personally and had another unrelated customer threaten me with violence for doing so. Meanwhile, my car is legally parked in a disabled parking spot since I'm 100% Totally and Permanently disabled. Every time going to this store is a stressful and chaotic event. None of the employees are confrontational enough with customers who are just running wild. I will never shop at Green Thumb Industries stores again in my life.
