    I rented a car in February and returned it 2 weeks ago. I paid $630 of which $300 is a refundable deposit on return of the car. I reached out to ***** on October 31st at the company and she said she would get back to me later that day then when she did not respond i reached out to her again and she said it will take two weeks to process get back to her on November 15th. She is not returning any of my calls or texts and neither is anyone else from any department.They have no landlines everyone has a cell phone bull I have all the numbers and have called all depts with no response and have then left a text

    The most incompetent rental company EVER! I am demanded monthly to come in for a maintenance appointments or else I will be charged a mandatory fee of $50. When coming in for maintenance, we fill out a form for what needs to be done. Every single month after having maintenance done, I have to go back daily for weeks on end to have them repeatedly fix on things that I wrote on the maintenance form the day of my actual maintenance appointment. I went for a maintenance appointment on April 4, 2024. I wrote that the windows were faulty and Id just gotten deactivated from Uber due to a passenger complaining about the matter. I also stated that the oil needed to be changed. They claimed that theyd fixed the window issue and changed the date of the oil change on the window. Not even a week later, I started smelling fumes as if the vehicle was out of oil. I texted and asked was the oil change performed during maintenance and was told that if the date on the window is recent, then yes. This was FALSE. The oil was DRY nothing was even on the dip stick and they failed to fix the windows. This is the second time this has happened after me telling them whats needed to be done. Today on 4/13/24 I texted and told them that there was an issue with the axle and that I was still smelling fumes as if the car was out of oil and Id be coming after I finished taking the current passenger to ******, **. I got to the office around 4:30, 30 minutes before they closed. The mechanic changed the oil and said that he changed it but couldnt do the axle because it was time for him to go. He proceeded to bring the unfinished vehicle back to the front of the building and left. I was told to leave and come back Monday morning. Not even an hour later, the axle broke as soon as I got off the expressway. This company is incompetent, they demand a $1000 deductible when the vehicle is in an accident, but all of these vehicles are literal death traps. THE NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN!!!!
