Well I dedided to rent a car with AGO Mobility to earn some extra money doing **** rideshare so I made reservations on 06/29/2023 in ******* ******* for 6PM. I get the rental rideshare around 6:30PM due traffic being heavy in ******* ******* and when I get i the car its in horrible condition inside and out and of course I have my 18 month old daughter with me. The rental car which is a 2018 ***** cruze, no gas, the passenger tire almost flat, check engine light on, the windshield cracked, dirty inside, trash everywhere on the inside of the car and a horrible smell. How do I expect to make money in a car like that, I cannot drive uber with a car like that. So I started texting and calling AGO Mobility and no one would pick up the phone or respond to my texts until almost 2hr later. I drove the car to my house, which I barely made it home because it kept cutting off and the car would not get past ***** MPH, remind you I had my 18 month old daughter with me which anything could have happend. So finally someone responded back with a generic answer after I texted them about 30 times. So they say that they are about get me another car but still no response. I cant even return the car because its in bad shape. Ive tried calling today but no one will answer or respond to my text so I feel like Im out of 180 for a 3 day rental which was suppose to make me money driving for uber ride share, so Im losing out either way to feed my daughter. I need help. I feel as if they are trying to make me waste my money and let my time run out on sunday. This is poor customer service and a poor excuse for a company. I have pictures to support this evidence.

They will allow you to rent a car and when it's time for you to come pick it up for rideshare they will not have a car they are waiting for you even though you have rented a specific car for a specific time. The car is breaking down on you in the middle of your time and you don't get any compensation for it When you try to get ahold of them they will deliberately not answer your phone calls for your phone calls and they will text back when it is convenient for them and getting a resolution just doesn't happen. You actually have to threaten them with you know cutting off business or threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau in order to get someone to respond back to you.

The company charged me continuously without responding to my needs. From the beginning there has been a issue and almost every complaint I've made has been ignored. I've been charged over $900 in current dispute with my bank because the company continuously charged me and promised service.

I rented a car, specifically a grey ***** Cruze to be picked up this morning(5/28) for 2 days. I paid $30 for a Lyft to bring me to the supposed location and the car was nowhere to be found. I called, texted, left a voicemail and put in service requests and was completely ignored. I sat in a parking lot for nearly 2 hours crying bc of the fact that I spent my last to rent the car so I could quickly make money to pay rent. I spent another $30 that I didnt have to get home empty handed and upset. And something tells me I wont get the refund I requested and that is bad business.

I needed a car and rented/reserved a car from Ago through their app. When arrived, the vehicle engine had a red check engine light, and smelled of tobacco smoke. I called to complain. They had me try a few cars on their lot, and each car was the same situation. I explained to them non of their cars were maintained nor legal or safe to drive, and placed my health at risk due to second hand tobacco smoke, and some of the cars smelled like weed. I asked for a refund, and they refused. I challenged the charges with *********** and I got the money back. They sent me a text two weeks later saying they had someone take a look at the cars and they've been repaired or maintained as necessary, and if I would give them another chance. Reluctantly I figured why not, and rented/reserved another car. After that they sent me a text in their app saying my reservation was cancelled, because I have them in check systems on my charge back, and I need to call the bank to remove the charges to continue. I said no i wont do that, and they said well i wont get the funds back until doing so which is bribery. They said they will leave me a credit and it will be available to use until I remove that Charge back. I called the bank again, explained, and had the charges reversed again, received credit, and asked them to block ago from ever charging me again, and I also got a new bank card. Today I find a charge on my account from Ago for approx $119.04 being deducted, and I have no idea why. They need to stop harassing me and stop trying to steal my money. I broke my leg and the $119 is all I have left, Im about to be homeless, and Im currently on Welfare food assistance. Ive never used their service, I never even drove any car of theirs off their lot. This is theft. Any information was used through their app, and they have deleted it, and i have no access to it.

I went in to rent a vehicle, they took my money and then told me the car wasn't available and tried to blame it on the app having a glitch. They put my money in credits on their app and refused to refund my money back to my bank which is unethical. I paid for a service I didn't get. And they refuse to give me money back

On October 25, 2021 I paid Drive Ago LLC $269.72 using my checking account debit card to reserve one of their vehicles for a one week reservation to use for UBER rideshare. I paid to reserve a 2017 ***** Malibu using their mobile app. On the following day October 26, 2021 an Drive Ago representative changed my reservation from the 2017 ***** Malibu to a 2018 ***** Trax without notifying me first that they found out the Malibu was still out on rental. On October 27, 2021 Drive Ago confirmed the vehicle was ready for pickup. Drive Ago also advertised rentals in *******. Discovered after paying the $269.72 for the weekly rental in advance the pickup location for the vehicle was not in ******* but at a location in ************, ******** which is a 40 to 60 minute ride from my location. Since I had already paid for the vehicle I paid the extra cost to be driven out to the suburban pickup location. Upon arrival, after a 1 hour ride to pick up the vehicle, I discovered the vehicle that I paid for was not at the pickup location. After 1 hour of confirming the vehicle was not at the pick up location I returned home having to pay expenses for the ride back. After two days on October 29, 2021 Drive Ago LLC finally claimed they resolved the situation and confirmed the the vehicle was ready for pickup. Unfortunately I was not able to pickup the vehicle because I was attending my Dad's funeral service and burial that day. Due to family events I was unable to go back to ************ until that following Sunday October 31, 2021. Upon arriving to the pickup location I located the vehicle, picked it upon and drove It back into ******* to begin my shift driving for UBER. On ****************************** I stopped and turned off the vehicle and got out of it. When I reentered the vehicle it would not start. Drive Ago had to tow the vehicle to a mechanic. They later told me the problem was the battery. On good faith I went back out to ************ for a third time. VEHICLE WOULD NOT START AGAIN!!!
