      Hollywood car wash broke my charging port door of my tesla during the car ash due to their lack of experience of washing Tesla. Their employees forced the charging port door close when accidentally open the charging door. The broken part fell off right in front of the exit but the owners son was extremely rude and refuse to even apologize. He fled the store to avoid taking care of me who is his customer. I called police to file a report. While I was waiting for the police, the car wash place decided to close two hours earlier to avoid any interaction with police. Police report was filed (case number JG555214 on Dec 26th 2023), police supported that hollywood car wash is responsible for breaking the charging port door. I paid $250 out of my pocket for ***** to fix the charging port door. I demand reimbursement of $250 from this business, and an apology!

      I'm responding to the letter I received. We never broke anything from her car, I checked the cameras
      and that flap from her car was loose and the pressure from the water hose must have knocked it off,
      so we didn't break it. We have signs that say we are not responsible for any damage to vehicles like any
      other car wash has. And when she says that we should know how to wash a *****, That's her responsibility
      to put it in car wash mode. We don't touch other vehicle's monitor systems. We closed 2 hours early because it was raining,
      not because we didn't want to talk with the police, when it rains car washes close early, called weather permitting.
      I apologize for the problem, but it was not our fault.
      So if you can remove the bad review, please.

      My flap was absolutely not loose. If you know *****, there is no way a ***** can have a loose flap without a warning message. 

      It was also not raining that day, the business couldnt have closed due to weather. This makes no sense.

      I went to this carwash and afterwards I noticed my disability placard was missing. I went there and could not find it. Later, I went to this carwash again, and a heavy blanket was removed from my trunk and was missing. I asked them about it and they told me to come there to look for it. I could not find it and I was upset that I could not find it and that they didn't know where it was. When I complained about it to Jemmy, he told me never to come back to the carwash.

      never took her disability plaque or her blanket, she probably misplaced it somewhere else.
      And I told her I would give her a free car wash next time she comes as a courtesy from me
      and she said that's fine.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Its not true that they offered me a free carwash and I said ok to it. They never asked me that, instead when I raised my complains or asked them questions they rudely told me not come back to their location anymore.

      The reason I question them because I had been their loyal customer for a while, even though several instances I lost something in my car when they washed my car. Since I dont have clear evidence so I just had reservation for that business. However, lately when I lost my expensive comforter, I raised my complaint because this kind of incidents happened to me several times with them. Instead of addressing me professionally, they told me not to come back there. 

      So, I would let everyone know that this business is rude and untrustworthy.
