      I just spoke with JetBrites representative ***** on the phone. I explained that they have been double charging me for the service. She informed me that they raised the price of a second vehicle back in July 2023 but "didn't have a means to inform me." She went on to say that she would credit me $10 for this month. From my perspective, she should have credited me $70 since July 2023.Please note for the record that I provided JetBrites with all of my personal information, including my complete address, phone number, and email, on the first day of my purchase. Therefore, she had all the information needed to inform me of the price increase. Additionally, she had the option to turn my card off and allow me the option of selecting the $10 plan instead of her $20 upgrade.So not only did they steal from me, but now they completely lie to me.Im seeking your assistance in getting them to refund me the $70.

      Please be aware that all menu pricing on site has been changed and packages have been updated. New signs were installed at ********** sentry. We can reach out to you and try to satisfy this but unfortunately prices have rose and we were forced into a price increase. We have little means to change something from 8 months ago but a rep will contact you to work with this issue. We want our customers to be happy and excited to be partnered with us.

      I am rejecting this response because:

       

      I reject this offer for several reasons:

      1. Jet Brite is not an authorized signer of my credit card, and they charged additional fees without my consent. They could have halted the transaction (the wash) when the charges increased and revisited the pricing during my next visit/wash.

      2. Their new signage failed to inform customers that they would not be grandfathered into the new prices, or that new prices may affect their account. leaving the customer unaware of the new charges. The dont have a sign that states New Prices anywhere on the lot. Moreover, there was no warning about how the new pricing would affect existing monthly wash plans. Jet Brites unethical business practices are taking advantage of the public.

      3. Furthermore, Jet Brite charged me for three vehicles in February when I only own two vehicles. I informed them about this via email and they never refunded the extra charges. 

      For these reasons, I cannot accept their offer.

      The company Jet Brite has been such a bad expierence. I say this because I can tell they do not worry about their customers because if they did they would answer the phone. They have plenty of numbers that one can call yet they do not danswer none of the different phone numbers. I have been trying to get in contact with them for more than four months + now, I have even left voicemails with where they could reach me and they never even attempted to get in contact with me. It takes you to voicemal where there is a lady talking saying that they cant answer at the moment but that they will call you back. I have had to pay the membership even though i've tried calling them yes maybe I could have filed online but then I wouldn't even get my money back which would not be fair because I havent even used their service. I cannot file a dispute to my bank to get my money back because it has been a bigger hastlle to do that and I have not used the membership so its more frustrating. I would recommend that Jet Brite take care of their customers because I did like the spot but the customer service was very bad to my personal liking and preferences. I rather spend my money where they at least answer and there is some type of way of being abkle to communicate. The company does not valued customers because if you did, it would have a *** tried to reach out to me about my membership. It does not make sense to me how a company could be so careless about its customers especially concerning memberships. Memberships are important because one month a person might not be interested in continuing the membership. Therefore the Customer should be able to reach out to the merchant about the issue.I think the worst part is being played with my time. I say this because as a full time student and full-time worker, I find it difficult to find time to do these types of stuff. It has been very frustrating to set time aside out of work hours etc. ************ does not deserve my money or my car!!!!!

      We have fully refunded the customers money back and also canceled her membership. There should be no more issues, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused for our jet pass member.
