Invoice #******: $340 paid on 9/18/2022 for moving services.The business owner, *****, and another man moved my items on 9/18/2022. Upon inspection of the final move I noticed that certain items were damaged. I contacted him via text and got no response. After unpacking and searching for all items I noticed my bar top was missing. I texted the owner again asking if he kept it by mistake and he responded that he had my property and didnt know what it was. He said it was in his storage and he would bring it the next day. He never came the next day. Instead when I called he asked if I could meet him halfway. I told him I did not drive and he said he would bring it the following the day and that it was safe in his storage. Since then, he had been ignoring my calls and I believe he has now blocked my number. I just want my furniture back. If this cannot happen, I plan to file charges.Initial Complaint

On May 20th, 2022 I paid the owner, *************************** $750.00 to sand and refinish my hardwood floors. Its about 300sq ft. On Saturday May 21st ******************** sanded my living and dining room. He mentioned that he'd make them look like a dance floor. On Sunday May 22nd he returned to complete the sanding and refinishing. I was in my basement during the process. At 8:56pm ******************** text me the job was completed. I went out through the back door and paid him the remaining $750.00 in cash. At this time he indicated he had to come back the next day and buff to even out the stain. The next morning in daylight I saw how he'd left the floors. I did not hear from him. On May 25th I sent him a text seeking a resolution. I text because the email address on his card is invalid. I attached pictures of my floors and asked for restitution. He did not reply. ***** later in June I phoned ******************** who told me he has two businesses and had been too busy to fix my floors. He stated he would come fix them on his dime. I told him I'd already paid $1500 so it was actually my dime. As of today I have not heard anything from ******************* and my floors remain in the awful state he left them. I am still in the processing of saving enough to have the floors refinished correctly. I've attached pictures of the job he indicated was completed as well as the text I sent seeking resolution.Thank you
