      I was charged 19.99$ by this company though ****** I don't know how they got my payment info but I never heard of them, I already requested a refund via ****** nor too sure if that will work though...

      After reading several reviews about the mode phone, I decided to give it a shot, so I subscribed to their $22.99 a month plan expecting to receive a phone after the 6 month commitment was reached. As you can see in the email, I had to reach out to them because I never received a phone or any communication about it. I was told that I met criteria and would receive an email shortly. I was able to place the order and I received the phone about a week later, but it did not work. I emailed once again and they asked for a video showing the issues with the phone. I took a video showing the lack of response to me pressing the power button and plugging in the charger. I was told that I would get an email for a replacement phone. I did receive the email and again ordered another phone, and once again, the phone was unresponsive. I emailed again asking for a refund and at first was told they could only refund the last month's subscription. I have repeated that I would like a full refund because I have worked hard for my money and I expected to receive a working phone which i did not. In the end, they would only agree to refunding 3 months of the 6 months subscription even though the service did absolutely nothing for me because I only subscribed just to get the phone.

      Dear BBB,I am filing a complaint against the Mode Earn Mobile app for failing to honor the tasks I have completed within the app. Despite following all instructions and completing the required tasks, I have not received any compensation or communication from the app's support team.       I did not order or receive this item and was billed for it on my credit card. I have been unable to reach them by phone to resolve this issue

      The transaction date is 7/20/24 (today) and the amount withdrawn without my permission is $19.99. I don't have an account with this company whether it exists or not. I would appreciate a refund of the money stolen, and please shut this scam business down.

      I was charged $19 by MODE Phone LLC twice and $3 once. I never signed up with this company or ever used their services.

      I have never heard of this company and I don't have any idea where they received my information however they are currently trying to take ***** out of my account. I keep my card locked and the charge was declined and this is how I became aware of it .They have been trying every other day for 3 months. I could not get in touch with anyone at this business so I had my bank block them.

      I didn't make a known or authorized payment of any type to Mode Mobile LLC. My card was charged $19.99 and received by Mode Mobile per my bank statement. I am having trouble getting my money back because PayPal has stated in a letter to me that "while this charge is unauthorized, we cannot get the money ($19.99) back" I'm disabled, furious, broke and fed up with PayPal's non existent protection as well as Mode Mobile LLC and their tactics including no phone number that's works and I am afraid to email them

      I have no idea how MODE phone placed me in their listings or enrolled me in their product but they have been charging me $19.99 monthly since September 2023. I did not sign any agreement or enter into any contract willingly and yet I was being billed.
