      On May 26th, 2024 I was on ********* I clicked a link to Groomie because they were having a "sale". I went through the order process and purchased 3 as gifts for a giveaway at our upcoming family reunion. In the process, It asked if I wanted to subscribe and I stated NO for there were gifts for others. So I proceed. Purchased and checked out. I received them, didn't open them but I did take them out of the shipping box and didn't think anything else of it. On 7/7/24 I received another charge to my account for 3 refills which again I never signed up for any subscription for this was a one-time purchase. Stating this was for my refill for each ******. Now who in their right mind would buy 3 shavers and sign up for 3 refills? At this point I'm livid. I contact them no response. I then started a case with ****** again I didn't sign up for a subscription so why would I know I needed to cancel a subscription? Well, ****** ruled in their favor stating the evidence they provided showed that I signed up and I have no evidence because I never signed up for it. So then I go back to ********* This company has blocked all comments on all of their ads. The thing about ********* it still shows the number of comments there, but the general public can't see them. Top it off I then requested to send the items back for they have a 60-day money-back guarantee. The reunion is on 7/28/24 so the items have never been opened and I want to send them back. They refused to provide information to return the items saying they have expired when we all can do the math if I ordered them on May 26, then July 24 or 25 would be the 60 days so why can't I return and get my money back? I'm out a total of $173.68. As an employee of a nonprofit, that money doesn't come easy. I want them to stop scamming people out of their hard-earned money. The info they provided to ****** is not factual and is electronically doctored. Once I clicked one time there were no options for the subscription but yet it did

      Greetings,
      this complaint has gone left. I mailed back all of their products which came up to $173.68
      They have sent a refund of $25.73

      I have attached the letter with the pictures of everything I sent back and they received the items per the tracking being confirmed. I should not have to go through this and now that they have all the products back they are truly playing with my emotions. I don't know how to upload this to my complaint but this isn't fair. I work for a nonprofit agency which I have been out all summer. This money is not just something I can let go without a fight. This company is scamming people out of their hard-earned money via social media and no one is doing anything about it. Please help me get my money back

      I signed up for replacement razor to be shipped every six months. They have a company called "Groomies" specializing in electric razors. I paid them in full using PayPal. I have NEVER received the product. I have called them, no response. I have emailed them via a variety of social network forum but all I get is a AI Bot response. I would like a full refund of my money unless they can provide a photo of the product being dropped off or a valid signature. I have asked for verification but they refuse. My address is *************** there is a Flamingo st on the other side of town. I am unsure what carrier they are using. It is not Fed ex or *** or Amazon. I want my money back thats all.

      They sent an empty case when I bought a head ****** for $29.99 as advertised on cyber Monday.They have been giving me the run around in hops that I give up and stop.

      I ordered from Groomie their BaldiePro Head ****** Kit for $89.99 plus tax, and when I received it I used it a couple of times. This product did not work for me, and I told the company that very thing in numerous emails to them. I did not subscribe to anything that the company offered, but I did cancel any business I had with this company subscription or otherwise.I returned the product by **** on April 13, 2023, and I have proof that the company received it with signature on April 19, 2023. I have not received a refund for returning their product even though they got it back the same way I received it. I have contacted the company numerous times, but all I get in response is for me to update my payment method to receive my next subscription item.I do not want anything to do with this company except for getting my refund back for their product I returned because I could not use it.

      I paid this company back on March 20th 2023 $29.99 then I was charged again on April 20th 2023 $19.99 just hacked into my account so wrong this a case of fraud and dishonesty and they are doing because of Covid Id say I know people are getting to people, its wrong! Covid has effected ** all! This company is not to be trusted.
